This Hardee's is hit or miss. I only eat here maybe once a month or maybe every other month. I went a couple days ago and... literally the entire experience was bad. But I gave 2 stars because it's not always bad. Anyway I ordered, in the app, a chickenbiscuit meal add cheese and egg, medium size with a coke. When I got to the restaurant the drive thru line was wrappedcompletely around the building and to the entrance. I sat in line for at least 10 minutes, probably more like 15 though. While Iwaited in line I placed a second mobile order as my husband decided he wanted something as well. His order was the loaded omeletmeal medium size with a sprite. When I finally get to the speaker and tell the girl that I had 2 mobile orders she tells me thatthey only received one and that if I wanted the other one (my meal) then I would have to order it and pay at the window. I saidok and reordered, assuming there was a malfunction with the app. As soon as I leave the speaker I pull up the app and see bothof my orders. I then pull up my bank account and see that I was charged for both as well. I finally get to the window and showthe girl where I was indeed already charged and she tells me that there's nothing they can do and that if I want the food I mustpay again. I was starving and had my heart set on this biscuit so I paid, again, and decided that I would try and call their 800number later to get my $10 back. I got home only to find that even though I was charged for egg and cheese, twice, my biscuithad neither egg nor cheese. So long wait, double charged, unknowledgeable staff, and wrong food. Read more

I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and pickle, as I always do. But the past two times I went, I ask for my sandwich,... chicken with cheese and pickle,and the drive thru says I'm sorry we don't have pickles out yet and can't get them. the cooler iswhat 20 steps from sandwich counter and they are to lazy to get them, but any other Hardee's will gladly put then on it. Badservice, no pride at this restaurant, biscuits are broke into multiple pieces instead of using knife to cut it open they justuse their hands, haven't and won't go back..only reason they get 1 star. Is because I have too...oh and they are always askingto round up to next dollar for some veterans, but never have anything proving proof of the charity ...and also you can't evenenter thi Hardee's only drive thru and service is this poorly, can't blame it on no help, because they dining room is closed andthat doesn't require any employees, so let them go get my pickles out of cooler...you guys have to do better..And one morething, the owner doesn't answer or respond to reviews unless it is a decent review. Why not address the reviews that state theissues and try to resolve them. That to me shows the owner knows the shape the business is in and doesn't care... Read more
I got the primal burger.... it was pure sadness, a far cry from the picture displayed on the menu. One small sliver of prime... rib, almost zero sauce and the burger was completely dry to the point where the bun tasted stale... the only plus side (and thereason they got two stars instead of one) is that the lady working the window was very nice and the fries were fresh and tasty.I don't fault her for the burger, but it really was the most underwhelming meal I have had in ages, especially for $13. I don't normally drive and it's just off campus so I walked over and they kicked me out. Hadn't been in there in three years and... I suspect I never will again. Got to think there is something wrong in the head if they think people want to stand in thedriveway in full sun on 90 degree day to get a burger. There literally are two other burger joints within 500 feet includingright across the street. Hopefully the new class all have cars or access otherwise might as well pull the plug. Read more
