Ordered through door dash & the presentation was still better then the last three fast-food places I?ve gone to eat in person.... Both sandwiches were amazing. You could tell they didn?t just thrown the sandwiches together. The chicken on both sandwiches(shredded chicken & chicken breast) was moist and, flavorful. The Mac & cheese was good (I don?t even like mac & cheese and Istill thought it was decent) and their coffee was surprisingly good too. Read more
The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was extremely disappointing. The chicken was pretty good, but the broccoli tasted very... bland and as if it was still frozen. They were out of buns for the Signature Chicken Sandwich, and they said that they couldnot use a different kind of bread for it. We changed our order to the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, which did have goodflavor, but the sauce was so sparse that the chicken was dry. The manager did refund the difference between the sandwiches, sothat was good. Read more
This Panera location is a joke!! Reading the reviews to see if I was the only one with same experience but I can see I?m not.... This mgt here could be better ran by a toddler. Not sure what the deal is but I lived in other places with Panera and a largepopulation so there?s no excuse for the sad service, rude mgt, and waiting times here. There ?policies? are due to what theyfeel they can do and not true to the business. Beware that they?ll straight up lie to your face about your order that theymessed up! A lot of times the food is missing an item. You always have to wait and they don?t seem to mind. I wish cooperatewould toss or fix this store but probably wouldn?t change for the good. It would be just right back to horrible again. And oneof my biggest pet peeve?s here is that the pick two?s come with your choice of bread, apple or chips, if u don?t ask they justgive u bread even though the menu says your choice they NEVER ASK!! the sandwiches are just smushed and thrown together, nothinglike a sandwich. So irritating for the prices. so irritated that they get away with all these bad reviews. Read more
I was disappointed that the lobby was closed but I used the app and got food through the drive thru. I really liked my sandwich... but I wish there was an option more for chips. The kettle chips are okay but wish they had baked last or a variety like that . Read more
Order was fast and accurate. We used the app for ordering and we're able to get in and out quickly.
