some would say that all Starbucks are the same, but that?s definitely not true I?ve been to Starbucks all over the United States... and for the most part they all taste the same that is true, but the service is not always the same. The Starbucks here in MurrayKentucky has never disappoint, they do a great job of getting the line moving and keeping it moving. Everything is great. The staff doesn't know all their product. Mention what I was looking for and had no clues what I needed.... Quick view of the app and found exactly what I needed and wanted. Does not use the App. Don't know why. Seems to be a theme inMurray of not using company app. I loss stars each time I order because I can't order and pay in app so I don't use them as muchas I could or would like to. Read more
Always order the same thing. Venti Pumpkin Latte, 7 pumps of pumpkin, made with cream instead of milk. My husband forgot to do... the cream when ordering on the app. Got to drive thru and he asked if they could correct the uh oh on his part. The guy actedlike it would be no problem. Pull up and they give it yo us. Clearly not made how I usually get it. The cream makes it thick andit?s watery and they didn?t do my pumps of pumpkin if they did redo it because there was zero flavor. I know it was a mess up onour end too but we tried to fix it ASAP and instead of saying no we can?t fix it they just lied and gave us the old drink. Read more
I love this place I order from here all the time. But in the past month or two, they keep filling the cup up less and less. I... ask for whip cream on mine I get you need space to put it in the cup but I literally watched the girl today leave 4 inches for alittle bit of whip. When people are paying 6 to 8 dollars for a drink it's alittle ridiculous to only fill it half way up. Read more
I love Murray Starbucks! Wonderful customer service and all the associates are very sweet. My favorite coffee to get is a Java... chip with 4 pumps of hazelnut. They make it to perfection each time. I would definitely come here again Read more
so happy we have starbucks here in Murray! the place is very clean (atm lol) they have few display.. a lil bit of slow but i... understand.. i got my caramel crunch frappe... its just right not overly sweet.... i hope yall have to put more stuff in yourdisplay cabinets... bakery has a good selections... After initially being dissatisfied with my experiences here, my opinion has changed. Most of the people working here aim to do... a good job of serving people's orders. Good attitudes, fast order fills, clean venue, lots of tasty options. My one complaintis everything is so damn high, but it's Starbucks, so... Me, I love the nitro cold brew cold coffees. Too expensive? Yes. Worthit? Every now and then, defo yes. Read more
