Food is pretty good and the worth is in the eye of the beholder. Some of the products can be cheaper for what you get, however... in all not too bad. The staff is pretty friendly for the most part. Store is well kept it seems. The chicken fingers are awesomeand you can not go wrong with. Read more

Night shift visit, lady that took my order was very stuck up and rude. On top of looking at me with a smirk and turning away to... chat on her phone and with coworkers gossiping twice, she was very condescending and practically slung my order across thecounter. I said thank you and she just looked at me and turned away and went right back to gossiping. Fries were cold. Won't begoing back on night shift. I ordered a grilled chicken house salad which is EXCELLENT! I don't think that the Texas toast, which is included with the... salad, is really necessary. Zaxby's has taken their fried mushrooms off the menu....I am not happy about that. It was myfavorite thing on their menu. I have never been a fan of their chicken, where the flavor comes from the sauce you add/dip it in. So I don't go to Zaxby's very often. Of course, this all just personal preference. The staff were great! Very courteous, very friendly, very helpful and extremely patient with our group as they all made the individual orders. Highly commendablepeople. Read more
