If you are looking for a great Ramen and pork buns in the area, look no further! I have tried Ramen on the east coast in a few... states and most of them were average. This place is above average! And try the warm Saki! Perfect with the meal. The servicewas absolutely amazing! Thank you to Teneil! Excellent service! Enjoy! Read more

Very small restaurant, could maybe seat 50 people from the looks of it. They have booth, table, high-top, and bar seating. There... are plenty of staff running around to help their customers and is a good stop if you're craving ramen. The parking lot is alittle small, but adequate for the size of the restaurant and they do have a few vegetarian options on the menu. My boyfriendordered the crispy chicken appetizer and it was ok at best, he advised some pieces were mostly fat that had been fried while theactual chicken pieces were good as was the batter that it was fried in. He also ordered the tonkatsu (pork) spicy ramen andadded on a seasoned egg. He enjoyed it and did end up getting another to-go, but it wasn't his favorite ramen ever. It came withthicker noodles and upon ordering the second portion, asked for udon noodles but the waitress didn't know what that was andseemed like she hadn't heard of udon before. Interesting, considering she's working at a ramen restaurant. I don't mean to sounddegrading or offensive, it was just a little surprising. I ordered the standard chicken ramen with nori (seaweed), fresh garlic(asked for extra, didn't taste any), and the waitress talked me into adding a seasoned egg even though I'm really not a huge fanof eggs. In the end, she was right and it was pretty good. My ramen was good as well, served with a thinner noodle the way Ilike it. I was also talked into making my order a combo, which came with a variety of options. I went for gyoza (they only havepork) and it tasted fresh. The combo also came with a salad, which the dressing was listed as some sort of "JapaneseVinaigrette"; I'll be blunt, it sucked. Very little flavor and I ended up having it taken away after one bite. I think the lasttime that's happened I was in highschool? I digress. Overall, the atmosphere, service, food, and timeliness of Jinya was good, but I wouldn't boast that it was anything more than that. I?ve reviewed Jinya previously but had to do an update. I was able to finally able to get back and give it another shot. We... arrived about an hour before closing and we were greeted with open arms. They got a table cleaned off fairly quick and we waitedmaybe 5 minutes. Drink and appetizer orders were taken and delivered fairly quick. Our food was ordered and arrived fairlyquick with fantastic presentation! With us being in the last hour or so, I was honestly surprised the presentation was still onpoint, goes to show they are paying attention and ensuring their customers are happy! Last time I came here I mentioned thenoodles being oily but this time everything was delicious and deserving of a 5* review! They delivered from presentation, totexture, ratio of noodle/toppings/broth. Overall they?ve set a high bar that I?m looking forward to seeing if they continue toachieve! We wrapped up just about the time they were cleaning up tables and doing their closing work. (Perfect time forpictures as they?re always packed!) Fantastic job Jinya! I?ll be looking forward to trying some new things with you next time! Read more

Absolutely delicious and well worth the visit! Yummy! I got the JINYA Tonkotsu Original and every bite was heavenly. At first... glance the pork slices look very small and disappointing. But they were packed with so much flavor every bite was enjoyable andthe soup was so filling it was plenty to eat. The egg was amazing that came with the dish. We also got a pork bun which isabsolutely worth every penny. Our server was really nice and helpful explaining our menu options. The drawback is this locationis very small with limited seating and the parking lot is very awkward. Read more

Went here with a friend around 5pm on a weekday & was pleasantly surprised that it wasn?t super busy. Service was great! We took... some recommendations from the staff for meals that were really good. I didn?t care for the plum wine, so pass on thatexperience. I?m vegetarian & I don?t do spicy food either. They were great at making accommodations to the different ramenbowls. It is a little pricy though. But Can?t wait to come back! Read more

Food was so delicious. Best ramen I?ve tasted. I got the shrimp and chicken dumpling ramen , round of pork gyoza and Jiny Bun... which was my favorite :) It does get busy around dinner time so expect to wait out in your car, you may or may not be seated ata table with other guests (I didn?t mind, I?m there for the food) it?s small inside but I like it gives me that feel like if Iwas in Japan :) Read more
