I ordered off of the app and went in to pickup my food. The night supervisor Javier was very rude. I showed him the order info... that he refused to look at. i gave him the info and he then asked if i had ordered it from that mcdonalds. I showed him i hadto which again he wouldnt look. I then told him the numbers and he didnt look at anything but said no order for that. Maybe hehd a bad day, maybe just doesnt like his job, but when someone has ordered food and arrives to get it and he refuses to help?? What kind of hiring practices does this store have and what kind of feedback? maybe so many travelers stop by and most of theirbusiness. How do you guys mess up my order every time? 4a meal, please add lettuce and bacon. Today they give me crispy chicken deluxe... with added mayo and tomato?s? also I asked for orange crush soda? they give me hi-c. You fast food worker really think yourworth $15 an hour. What a joke! Read more
Worst service ever!! I ordered a Carmel Frappe. They handed me a mocha. I said I ordereda Carmel, they asked me to wait out... front. We waited, and waited, and waited. After about 10 minutes I went in to get my Frappuccino, the worker was standing nextto my drink with her arms folded, talking to her co workers! Read more
Came here at 10:30 for lunch. When lunch starts. They switched their menus to lunch. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn?t order... lunch. When I got to the window to ask WHY, she said I could order lunch on the app and wait. Not that our expectations are all that high but either way; we waited 32 minutes for a burger and 16 nuggets to only get them... cold. When brought to their attention that the food was cold we were told it wasn?t their fault and we should have picked it upwhen they called. Mind you we were standing there waiting with the rest of the customers waiting on the food so as soon as theycalled out some random number that non of us had we would figure out who got what for food. I just stopped at the drive thru, maybe 5 minutes ago ordered a big Mac and m nuggets with a drink and I get a burger that has... one full patty, another party that's torn into pieces on top of it, lettuce and bun... There's a smidge of Mac sauce and... WhenI try to call to get this figured out there's no answer. What a disappointing trash restaurant with trash employees... I canunderstand if you're busy and riding for things to get a little less than perfect, but there was no other car in the drive thru.I'll take my business to burger king, at least their employees are willing to put in the effort for the job. Terrible experience. I waited and instead of a greeting I was met with ?what do you want?. The lady handing food to cars didn?t... have gloves and she gave me extra fries and took back the apple slices as I ordered extra fries and no apple slices but she saidno to exchanging toys. Don't open when their sign says. Nasty drive thru, asked to make sure if salt and pepper were with my eggs. Got snapped at..... "yes". They weren't.
