Have been leary of pizza chains lately but wanted to try the new melt. I'm sure ordering around lunch time helped, but the melts... were amazing! Crust was crispy, although meat lovers was a bit greasy. 10/10 would order again! Ate them too fast for picssorry! Read more
Took over an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered after waiting an hour for them to even bake them. It would?ve... been faster to make a homemade pizza from scratch. Wouldn?t suggest ordering from this location. The pizza itself was bland andflavorless as well and definitely not worth it. Read more
Placed order online, they sent a message that it would be delivered by Door Dash, had I known I would have never ordered it.... Door Dash is the worst. Door dash driver calls to confirm address and then proceeded to deliver my food to another house andthen ask me for a five star rating. I called Pizza hut to complain and they said not our problem you have to call Door Dash. Itold them I didn't hire door dash you did and they didn't care. Never ordering from here again. On 3 seperate occasions we have had our pick up order cancelled with no contact letting us know. This time they said they run... out of everything, which from looking at the line was pretty well stocked. The time previously they closed early with no postingof call letting us know that they would be closed before our order was done... I never received my oder of pizza from them. No knock on the hotel door or phone call to say they had delivered it. Then I'm... told by email that the delivery person will be from doordash and not a pizza hut delivery person. Who do I contact about gettingmy money refunded. Read more
We ordered a pizza for delivery from this location a couple days ago. After placing the order and almost a 2 hour wait the 3rd... party delivery driver took our food and said they delivered it. Fine it happens. I go to the store because their website saidthey were open till 10 (it was 8pm). I get there to be met with a locked door and being told they were closed. After asking if Icould just figure this out, I didn't expect a pizza at this point since most of the staff was just sitting on their phone, I wasoffered a credit on my account. After checking my account today all of the points we had were gone plus they never put a crediton our account. Do NOT order from this location. They have no interest in the customers at all. I have never induced vomiting in my life, but today I think I'll make an exception. First of all, the "curbside" option was not... available because I couldn't even call the store. Why? Their phones don't work!? I reached a call center who had no way tocontact the store and inform them of my being there waiting for my online order. I reluctantly had to go inside, even though Iwas sick. When the employee grabbed my pizza, it was sitting on a shelf inside a bag. After taking my first bite, I felt evenmore sick and wanted to put a finger down my throat in order to expel the under cooked, bland tasting, concoction thisrestaurant deins to call a pizza. I put the order in at 8:30 PM never received my food the next day I tried to call them from the time that they opened until 1 PM... and could not get a hold of anybody kept getting picked up and then hung up so I decided to go in there come to see the managersitting down, literally ignoring all the phone calls saying that they pretty much close anytime they need to after eight whentheir store hours says 10 PM I will never come here again.
