The restaurant doesn't have uni, ikura, toro, or any of the more exotic sushi/sashimi offerings but that is not uncommon in SLC.... On the other hand, the tempura was excellently done and the sashimi tasted fresh, better than we've had in other restaurants. Weespecially loved the snowbird roll with escolar, hamachi & jalapeno vinaigrette. We also got the calamari which was good. Thetonkatsu ramen was a bit different than we've had before. The pork in the ramen was really smoky and succulent and while itisn't this traditional tonkatsu, it was fantastic. It made the entire dish very creamy with a hint of smoke. I only wish thatthe egg was not hard boiled but I would definitely have this dish again. Overall our meal was delicious and we will definitelybe going back. Read more

Food is great. Service sucks. We got all our sushi rolls, and asked about the noodles we ordered. Pretty sure the waiter... hadn't ordered them until we asked. We finally got our noodles when we were all done eating. They weren't very good anyway. The fried rice was the best I've ever had. Read more

The food was not bad nor was it great. The server sucked nuts, barely spoke English and never gave me the white rice my chicken... came with. Buddies fried rice was good. Was impossible to get a refill or explain "where is my rice." The 4% tack on for CCis uncalled for. No tip for bad service no rice and the 4% add on. Read more

Incredibly overpriced and a very underwhelming experience. I placed an online order for pick up and was super disappointed in... what I brought home. Not only were the special directions from their website (I asked for extra ginger) not followed, but theportions they say were normal (I called to double check) wouldn’t even feed one person. For $6, you can get one bite ofseaweed salad. Or two bites of miso soup. Or a cucumber salad with no sauce. Will not be returning. Read more

Very nicely curated sushi's. Usually you don't get to try different flavors within sushi's but this restaurant had it. We... ordered Futomaki Roll, Holladay Roll,Brooklyn Roll,Citrus Roll,Atomic Roll and Mochi Ice Cream . Citrus roll was amazing and thelemon gave a nice punch to it. Atomic roll was not as atomic as wanted-Not Indian spicy. However mochi ice cream was thehighlight of the meal. Read more

Not only do they have what seems to be a full bar, soy's has a menu full of everything you could ever want. If you're bringing... along a friend who isn't big on sushi they offer pad Thai, teriyaki, and a ribeye steak. All the drinks were great, especiallythe peace blossom sake. I don't see myself eating at any other sushi restaurant in the near future, soy's is the place to be. Read more

This place was delicious, best miso soup I have had in awhile. The sushi was really good and their cheese rangoons were so... good. The salmon, while small, was very flavorful and I enjoyed every bite. Definitely check this out. Read more
