I ordered two cookie frap with white mocha. (What I usually get from other locations) my order tasted really bad. I was like... probably its my order so i went back in and asked to remake for original cookie frap. TASTE WORSE! IT taste rotten something wasoff in the ingredients. Neither service or vibe is pleasant. I asked the staff for some water when picking up my mobile order, but was told to get in... line with those ordering in store (never happened to me at other stores). Need to ask for code to use the restroom, which isinconvenient but understandable considering this is busy store. I came here to study but it was too noisy (music and crowd). Read more
A bit eclectic for my tastes but they were prompt getting our drinks out and the staff was friendly. Starbucks could be a 5... star company if they would simply focus on making coffee and stay out of the political landscape. Read more
Today Starbucks was dealing with a very rude and disgruntled guest. The Starbucks employee (who I believe was the manager)... handled the situation very professionally and kindly. Unfortunately the guest was not handling this situation as kindly asStarbucks. Not only am I impressed with how Starbucks handled this situation, but as soon as it was our turn to order they werejust as kind and professional. It's pumpkin spice season and the pumpkin cold brew on an iced chai is amazing! I've gone 3 times since it arrived. Delicious!... The staff at this location are super nice too! Read more
Service was quick considering how many people were there for coffee. My sister enjoyed her coffee and my Frappuccino and... sandwich were made perfectly. However all of the trash cans at the doors were over full so you couldn't dispose of anything. Read more
It's okay but I spend my money local and... On better tasting coffee... Robertson's is absent.. they're is a place on 2100 s... and... About 1000 East. Has brew in the name. They're the $h#t.... Only reason I went to Starbucks is because someone wanted amotcha and I guarantee they have them for better price and quality at either of the places I named. Red eye is also good.. First Starbucks I've ever been to where I got chewed out by a barista. She went to hand me a Frappuccino then said "oh did you... want Whipped Cream on top?" I responded "oh yeah that would be great!" She came back ticked off and said that I need to let themknow next time, because I ordered it with oatmilk and they don't put Whipped Cream on oat milk Frappuccinos. I have orderedthis exact drink many times before at different locations and have never had to ask. Considering its you know a Frappuccino. Iwould never speak to anyone serving me with anything but gratitude for their hard work. I was shocked I got a Karen treatment when I barely said a full polite sentence. I was driving to the hospital across the street give this drink to a family memberwho has been up all night taking care of a dying family member. Maybe this location should give employee more breaks torecharge, given they're located across the street from one of the busiest hospitals in the state. Read more
