There were three of us that came in together and we all wanted a good steak. The food was delicious but I got out quickly. But... the best thing about our visit was our waitress. Just wanted to give a Hudge shout out to a lady named Hunter at the Murrells inlet location. She was our waitress tonight, and I... have to say she is the Best we have Ever had at a restaurant. She was on jolly spot with EVERYTHING . We didn't have to even askfor a refill ! Very very pleasant ???? and friendly service. I just want her to know how much we really appreciate her and herservice, she made our dinner ! And I hope that Outback takes a special notice to her and her wonderful detail to her clientsneeds and happiness. We did ask for the manager, to tell her of our wonderful experience and Hunters expertise in service. sheassured us that she would make sure that Hunter herself would have a nice dinner as well, at her expense. Excellent steakhouse on the 17, service was great, food was great too. Beer selection was average but better than the average... restaurant in the MYR arra, we will come back for sure. Read more
We went to Outback last night and had an awesome experience! The food and drinks were great but the best part was Addie our... server. She was very attentive to our every need as well as being extremely friendly and making us feel welcome. If you go toOutback, try to get Addie for your server and you will have an absolutely fabulous experience. Read more
The service was slow from the kitchen. My steak was tough. My broccoli was brown and bad, I had to send it back. Even the baked... potato wasn't good. Just a bad experience overall. We won't be back. The manager even came out and apologized for the badbroccoli even being served but did not offer any compensation. Not good. If she would have then maybe I'd consider coming backto see if things might be better on the next trip. But since she didn't...I won't be back and waste my money. Read more
Staff was as fast and polite as I would expect considering we came in during the height of the dinner rush. I don't blame... them. I will however blame management for the abysmal ribeye. Trimming your steaks thin and then failing to trim them properlyto make them weigh properly, is a really bad way to represent the Outback brand. As you can see by the picture, this ribeye isfar too thin to be the normal bone-in ribeye one would expect from Outback. You will also note the inedible meat on the backsideof the bone. So either this Outback is pulling some shady moves, or they need to find a better food supplier. The salad wasfine, the staff courteous and pleasant. But someone is ripping off the customer. Not too crowded, clean, nice ambient lighting. Very friendly and attentive server. Food was cooked just right and the drinks... (Margaritas) were tasty and strong! Excellent dinner experience and great vibe. Better than most other Outbacks. Read more
