This was my least favorite fast food experience. The chicken strips and fries were either overcooked or cooked in really old... oil. The chicken strips had a piece that was not edible and had some sort of connective tissue that was rubbery. My husbandordered two barbecue chicken sandwiches and ended up receiving two barbecue hamburgers. My criss-cut fries tasted more like thetop of hash browns instead of a fry. Drove through the drive thru and got the 2 Western bacon cheeseburgers for $10. I have to say that was the best Western I've... ever gotten! I didn't know Carl's could make them that perfect. And the service was nic and friendly. Read more
I am a life long fan of Carls, but I walked in today to find their 2 for 6 deal is now 2 for $10...I walked right back out. Went... up the street snd had 4 tacos at Jilbertos for $8 instead. Taco Tuesday! Read more

I really like Carl's burgers especially since their charbroiled,and this location very clean.
Great friendly service. The staff was efficient and patient. Made two special orders and still got our order quickly. Food was... delicious. They offer an amazing lettuce wrap option for those that can't have bread or are low carb eaters. I liked that theyhave a cool play area outside for the kids. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Let me tell you my experience at this ,Carl's Jr.(Murrieta,Ca.).I am on vacation ( We don't have one at Tallahassee,Florida) We... what'ed to see how this hamburger place was. Walked in, it was Fresh smelling, floors were clean. Walked to the counter ( youngclean cut man) gave him my order l didn't realize my order came with a drink ( my fault) . He had total my bill. (Carl's Jr.#1101105 10/11/2022 1:14 p.m. order total sales ( $19.65) . To make a long story short, Miss Norma( Management) HELP her Youngtraining to guide him.( She explained the computer steps to him ). As for the meal we LOVE it ( Chicken).
