If I could give it less I would. I kid you not, I just waited 45 minutes for the bartender to tell me my wings and fries were... going to take another 45 minutes or ?A Hot Minute?. I understand you had cooks call out however after having us order, notbringing drinks and not communicating it was going to be a 90 minute wait for wings and fries I?m honestly surprised peoplestayed in your restaurant. Well. It's a Chili's, right? So what makes this one good? That's simple-- execution. They know what needs to be done and they... make it happen. We went there twice in one week. The first night, it was BUSY and staff rushed to clear dishes from a boothfor us. The food was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious-- Philly-steak sandwiches and curly fries. All Fresh and Hot. They had great drink specials happening, and the staff were ATTENTIVE--- checking at our table frequently to make sure we hadall we needed. The same was true on our second night there, with food brought to us piping hot, and excellent service. It mightbe one of those chain restaurants that could make you question whether you should be going there to eat--- but I highlyrecommend. I was kinda bummed. I love chili's but my baby back ribs were not cooked the way im use to .it seemed a little over cooked.... Everything else was great.my waitress spent too much time talking to another table and it was frustrating that I had to waitso long just to tell her how I was not pleased. I would of ordered something else except for time ran out for us. Read more
I love Chili's! I didn't eat the baby back ribs this time. I had a few appetizers, and the monthly margarita. The food came out... quickly. The boneless wings we ordered came out a little cold at first, but our waitress was always so attentive and helpful.She gave us new wings and made sure they came out hot. First time back to this Chili's in a while! Sat in the bar area and we really enjoyed our time here. Drinks came out quick, our... server was very friendly and helpful and the food was great at a decent price. I got the chicken crispers (they tasted amazing)just know they are more crisp than they are chicken lol Also the deep dish cookie is sooo yummy. Read more
