I was missing my two kids milks and chips that I was told were included with the meal and was also given the choice between... regular milk or chocolate milk and chips or fruit but none of my choices were put in the my bag. Also paid for extra bag ofchips that I didn?t get either. Called the number but got a recording I?m so frustrated! To top everything off I was there INPERSON!!!!!!! Ugh WTH! Read more

Realllllly slow service. The staff is nice enough but don?t seem to make customers a priority. Almost always walk in to a line... with one employee up front and others doing other things. I totally get store cleanliness but at more appropriate times. Read more

The order was missing the kid's chocolate milk and the utensils which I requested online. The portion sizes at this location... are always extremely small which is why I don?t frequent Chipotle overall like I once did. This isn't the first time I've haditems missing but my family is sick and I was In a hurry to yet the food back. Overall this location has regularly given mesome of the worst experiences I?ve had with Chipotle. I?ve kept my Yelp and Google reviews unfinished but today was the finalday I?ll probably ever patronize Chipotle. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many superb Mexican food spots in the area. I?m not entirely sure what the definition of ?burrito? is but pretty sure this isn?t it. I realize there?s a lot of employee... turnover at the moment but is it really difficult to teach someone how to wrap a burrito so it doesn?t fall apart as soon as youpick it up. Read more

Is this the worst Chipotle in southwest Riverside County? It just might be. The bulk of the staff is in the back kitchen working... in mobile orders while basically one dude handled the in-restaurant line that at one point got 12 deep. Then the person behindsaid that this location only has chips available for mobile orders. Is this true? This location is horrible. Read more

This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Very dirty, most of the food areas were empty, the counter was filthy and full... of dried beans and food. The beans were dried out tue meat all looked old. The kid helping us was frazzled and everyone else wasmoving like snails. The cashier was unfriendly wouldn?t even look up. I had to ask twice for my drink cup and for the guacamoleand then they filled the tiny cup only half way. Hopefully we don?t get food poisoning. This location has serious quality control issues. Every time I order from here, the steak is always gummy and stringy. I... switched to Barbacoa and while it is good, they can?t shred it to save their life! It is always served in huge clumps with weirdskin on it. Read more

Usually, I do not have an issue at this Chipotle but tonight the staff that was making the food on 11/9/2021 at 6pm was the... absolute slowest I have ever seen. It took me 30mins to get my food. The staff looked like they didn't care. I was finishedpaying and still waiting on my burrito to be wrapped. Never seen someone wrap a burrito so slow in my life. On top of that theperson that put the to go salsa in the bag did not secure the lid and spilled all in my bag. Must be hard to find good workersnow days. Read more
