1st of all answer your phone. I called multiple times and it doesn't even let you stay on the line it just hangs up on you. ... 2nd the pizza is uninspiring. I seem to remember it being better but $29 for a medium? The dough was obviously shipped readyto make in a box and I couldn't taste any sauce. Frankly this $30 pizza was almost identical to a $5 Little Caesar's. Read more
Awesome place for little kids to enjoy playing games and some rides
Hand stamp required at entry. Hand stamp checked before u exit. Took my 2 year old there today and the employees were VERY... respectful, helpful and were very welcoming. We ordered a sample platter and pizza which was actually good! Salad bar was fresh.I am so proud of this location and their employees and will continue to go back regularly. Really disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and failing to follow through with safety protocols. It's a smaller establishment... but that made it easier for me to see what was going on. We arrived - waited a bit to get our hands stamped. I've alwaysappreciated this added safety measure so I didn't mind waiting. We went to order. The same woman who stamped our hands took ourorder. The menu was limited, the salad bar didn't look fresh, they're out of dine-in chicken wings, and (again) there wasn'tmuch to choose from. I ordered 3 personal pizzas. I was surprised to see the woman who took the order, come out holding 2 of thepizzas (she went back to get the the 3rd) without any gloves???? We tried to eat the pizzas but they didn't taste good and theway they were brought out was really offputting. The games were fun but the game areas were really dirty and definitely need tobe cleaned. Finally, when it was time to leave, we stood by the exit, waiting for someone to check our hand stamps but nobodyever did. This was hands down our best birthday location ever and I have 4 kids! Jenny our host was beyond amazing today. My 3 year old... daughter had "the best birthday ever". I never write reviews but I truly hope their management would see this review andappreciate their best employees. From the beginning Jenny was calm, considerate, and just altogether a sweet person. It wasobvious she genuinely cares for the kids and they all took to her. She was kind, thoughtful and very willing to assist throughthe few changes we had. My guests, both kids and adults all had a blast! My boys go there every other weekend to play as welland it has generally been a great location for us.
