This is the 4th time I have arrived to pick up my order and have had to wait 1 1/2. I order on the app and when I arrive they... seem to have cleared my order and put it back up. I have a feeling they give them away… and when I express my frustration theytell me they can just cancel my order. They never apologize. And they are fully staffed with 8 employees. i ordered a hawaiian pizza and pepperoni and got this and then i called again because they messed up the hawaiian pizza and then... they delivered the new one a hour later and did the same mistake looking like this. seriously what is this. i use to order fromthis dominos all the time and they USE to be good i don’t know what’s up with them lately they are horrible . I just moved to the area and order from here using the app a few times. Thus far the service has been great, the pizza & food is... always on point. The staff are really friendly, always working hard and the restaurant is always clean. I like it and I thinkthe team they have do a great job and are really efficient. No complaints here. -F. Horrible experiences every time. This time they canceled my first order without telling me until I arrived and got half the... order. The app can't handle two coupons at the same time or sequentially, the first will cancel. Don't ever do carside deliverybecause they never come, they just hit their button that they acknowledge you're there and ignore. And if there's a problem likethese they don't care or try to make it right, just sorry, next! Read more
Ordered pizza at 1020 am via the app, by the time I arrived to the store to pick up my pizza they hadn’t even started my order... yet. I left for 15 minutes to give them time to prepare my meal and when I returned they still hadn’t started my order. I hadto literally stand there and watch them prep my order before I went to the car to wait. I was literally the first order in theirscreen I just don’t understand this. Horrible service. Read more

I ordered a pizza online here, they charged me more for certain toppings that they didn't specify on their website. The workers... were unfriendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. And the final knock the pizza was cold and looked like they hadmade it hours before I picked it up, it appeared that someone else didn't pick up their pizza before me so they put a few extratoppings on there and gave it to me...I could tell because those extra toppings were falling off my pizza whenever my familywould attempt to eat a slice. I contacted corporate about it but all they did was forward my complaint to the GM named Sam, allshe did was give me a $3 credit for my next order....WEAK AT BEST smh!
