I called after of waiting for an hour and they still didn?t even start prepping my pizza. They said it was going to take another... 25 minutes. This place is 0.5 miles from my house. I had to cancel. Bummer. Read more
This is a super inconsistent pizza place. They are great on delivery times, but- in the past our chicken was all cartilage... piece, pizza raw. And this time we ordered extra mushrooms on an only mushroom pizza and we got even less than normal. Moremushrooms please. Updated stars?. Today we got our pizza fast, hot, and with friendly service. This place is garbage. I ordered hot wings & got wings with a squirt of sauce....with just a squirt. On top of that...they gave... me expired sauce. This place needs restructure...starting by doing something about this Michelle chick. If you don't want to dothe job right then bounce. I wlll NEVER order from this disgusting place ever again. This is the go-to ordering place for my teenage son. I order pizzas and chicken wings for him and his friends. They have coupons... available most of the month for $5.99 each. It?s just an easy food to order when he wants to eat out. I?ve done delivery a fewtimes and their drivers were consistently polite and delivered the pizza contactless when the weather permitted. I?m also ableto customize a pizza for me to eat by not including cheese and adding all of the veggies as well as putting the marinara sauce. Read more
I have always had a good experience with this location. The staff isn't exactly super energetic and welcoming, but they greet me... right away and get my order correct 99% of the time. However, I never have my pizza delivered. I always pick it up. Frankly, Ihave never really had good experiences from any pizza establishment that delivers, so I always make sure to pick it up. Itamuses me how many complaints are due to delivery orders. It will always be hit or miss no matter how good or effecient thecompany is. It's just the nature of pizza delivery, variable travel times that are unpredictable for a driver, and a type offood that gets cold fast. So don't order pizza for delivery and expect to have a stellar experience, because it's tough to do itright unless it's a slow night. Read more
This place is horrible, over an hour for one sandwich. I?m sorry but that?s terrible. When you call the store the guy sounds... like he?s been getting stoned all day and no clue what you?re talking about. My food still hasn?t shown up. Update! Finallyshowed up, hour and 20 minutes. Driver forgot my drink and this is how well made the sandwich is. Terrible. And they wonder whythey shouldn?t get paid more than 8 dollars an hour. Read more
My experience is similar to others on here regarding wait time (2 hours in our case) and being hung up on when calling to check... on the status of the order. Not a good sign that, after reading reviews from the past 4-5 years, that this seems to be a commonproblem at this location. I regret including a tip when I ordered. Read more
