Farmer boys food is usually great. This location needs help. I was stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes, with 2 cars in... front of me and about 7 behind me. Got to the window and it seemed like utter chaos inside. The employees were to busychatting and laughing but seemed so confused with the customers orders. They kept just looking at me in the window.... Finallyafter being at the window for another 15 minutes I got my food. Simple cheeseburger and fries.. Terrible. The burger wasn'teven warm and the fries were under cooked. It was terrible for 13$ They need adults to help manage the kids working thisplace... my family won't go back to this location.. Read more
No line in drive-through, they placed us in the parking lot after we ordered, to wait for 20 minutes in 104°F Summer heat.... Someone came out, w our order. and turned around and went back in. I followed them in and recieved attitude when I let themknow that was our order. Food was decent soo I'm giving it 2 stars vs 1. Will not return to this location based on the poorcustomer service. I was the only customer at the restaurant and they still messed up the order! Despite being the only customer at the place, my... take out order was missing 2 orders of fries. How incompetent must a worker be to make a mistake when there arent any othercustomers? They give you credit or refund unless you want to spend gas money again to drive down and wait. The last time Ipurchased food here, there was only chicken on half a sandwich, requiring an extra trip. Theres no excuse. Food was pretty good. A little overpriced in my opinion. Kids meals are almost $6 which is lame. Burger, brown apples and green... oranges. $3.49 would be a more reasonable price. Onion rings were strange. Overall not too bad. Likely to try again at somepoint but not going out of my way for it. Read more
Let me begin by saying that I do appreciate the service that i got at farmer's boys I also appreciate those who come in and do... their job day and day out so thank you for that. Now let's get on to what went wrong. The breakfast as a whole was a trainwreck. The omelet was way overcooked The avocados were past thier prime and the hash Browns were akin to grill scrapings. Thesourdough toast came smothered in a butter like goo. The food was served under temperature. I tried To get enough ketchup out of3 bottles to hide the lack of flavor on the hash browns. I ended up leaving without finishing. Sorry to say it was a mess. Read more
