Tonkatsu broth is very flavorful. Pork chashu is nice & tender. Ramen & udon noodles are great Inconsistent product... quality:eggs Soft boiled marinated eggs are nicely seasoned but hard boiled/overcooked often times. They are hardly soft jellyas displayed on their menu & images. Which is the classic way to serve eggs in ramen. Grey egg yolk from last week is burntseasoned soft boiled egg. Multiple eggs are from today overbooked again but not burnt this time. Photo captioned web site is oftheir menu reflecting a perfectly soft boiled egg. Typically, we will order 2 ramens or a ramen & a ramen burrito. Both ramensare usually ordered with 2 extra eggs. The down side on to go orders is you won't know you have anything missing until homeunless you open in the restaurant & look like a Karen >.< More often than not, we are not given the extra eggs in our to goorders. These last 2 visits, I decided to check my order at the counter & saw I was shorted the extra eggs. Last week I wasonly given the 2 extra but not the original half it comes with. This week it was the same but they said it is because theycharge $2/half egg not $2/egg. I did request 2 extra eggs not half & it was not like that previously. I asked if they changedtheir rate & was told that it has always been like that. It is fine if the rate changed but that is not what was said. Again, inconsistent unfortunately. The receipt also says "extra egg" not "extra 1/2 egg." Regardless, I would have continued withtaking my order if the eggs were not hard boiled vs soft boiled because the soft boiled seasoned eggs are my favorite part toramen. I don't mind paying extra for good food. I don't want to pay extra extra for over cooked & wrongly prepared food.Especially the favorite part. I use to recommend Ideku to friends & family. If their product consistency is improved, I wouldlove to continue recommending them & being a customer myself. However, 30 minutes one way is a long drive for ramen just to getho Read more

I tried this place for the first time. I ordered the Chicken Katsu bowl. It tasted really good, but it was a little on the... tough side. I like the sauteed vegetables that came with it. It had a home cooked taste and complimented the chicken. Customerservice was good. They said they just opened up about 2 months ago after taking over the original Japanese restaurant that useto be here. I went back several times on different occasions lol. I added more pictures to share. Read more

This is not a fancy place. Some of the chairs need to have their seats redone. I had the baked mussels and crunch roll. The... mussels 5 were just as I like them, not fancy. Nice big mussels and a nice sauce on top. The crunch roll had a nice flavor andthe meal had a fresh taste. Prices were average but remember this is a no frills place. Seems they do a fair share of take outand they do GrubHub. Worth the stop. Read more

The quality of the sushi isn't the finest especially for the prices they charge, and their ingredients aren't the freshest. The... fish on the LGBT roll tasted spoiled and the size of their California rolls were smaller than other sushi restaurants I've beento. I confronted one of the waitresses about their California rolls and she gave us attitude and walked away. My experience herewas frustrating especially after paying $86. This place isn't worth the money. There's much better sushi restaurant out here. Read more

Very good! There is definitely room for improvement though. The miso ramen was very good, the broth was fresh and flavorful,... the pork was tender. But it was a little barren compared to other good ramen. It didn't have those crunchy little mushrooms orseaweed. A deluxe ramen with more goodies would be nice. Also, my friend was hoping they had a ramen bar. But the bar here iscovered with silverware and other junk. And they have white tile walls. It would be easy to have a nice bamboo wallinstallation with some lights to take this place to the next level. All in all, very good ramen, I will be back, but this placecould do more. Read more

We've ordered the Shoyu and Miso ramen, which were both very good. We also ordered the Saba nigiri and small 8-cut roll. The... menu items are affordable and the portions are average. The staff and service are excellent. Read more
