For the second time in the past week we have ordered from this IHOP and food is delivered with missing side pancakes. IHOP? More... like IHO. Have ordered pancake combo and no problem, but adding pancakes as a side on another entree and they leave themout...every time. Will just order from somewhere else from now on, no problem. Read more
For starters there is only one waitress an one cook. It's about 3 50pm.the cook seems to be upset but our food sucked pancakes... where dry an split apart pretty easily couldn't flip these whack jacks cuz they came apart . Might French toast is mightywhack. No flavor no cinnamon just tast like water. BTW it was my birthday super disappointed should have went to Dennys.Hashbrown s look cooked but just peeled off the top everything under neath is mighty white an undercooked. I stopped for lunch. I ordered the turkey dinner. They were out of some items for the plate. The plate came with grilled turkey... pieces,not roasted, "Tasted bad". No gravy, no garlic bread, no cranberries. They seemed to be out of a lot of items. I likedthe turkey dinner at the IHOP in Menifee but this IHOP was a big disappointment. Need better management. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a server, whose name I believe was Jeffrey. The server was quick to get my order, the... food came out hot and fast, and my server followed up after the food was delivered. Great experience, I'd definitely come backhere. Read more
Food was good and fresh. Our frenchfries and french toast at dinner time was really good. I thought they were closed but they... just closed one section of the restaurant. Customer service was good, kind of slow but they got all of our orders right andthey kept coming by asking if we needed anything else. My kids had to use the restroom and wasn't sure if they closed it off andwe went anyways. Women's bathroom was clean but didn't have any soap. I wasn't sure if I had to tell them. I just hope theywash with soap or hand sanitizer after using bathroom and serve us food. Read more
WoW! I read the reviews and some were not so nice but I love IHOP and I?m new to the area so I decided to try it anyways. Daniel... our server did not disappoint. He was great! 3 groups behind us, got their order first. My Ouellette were dry, toast looks like a mess so little butter and slightly toasted... and un neatly served , tilapia wS overly done and we changed to spinach instead of broccoli and she gave us raw spinach.Although she was always forgetting items we gave generous tip. We came as soon as the restaurant opened at 6AM and were seated quickly by a very cheerful man named Daniel. He had the attitude... of a manager, at the least, and was consistently efficient and pleasant. The food was hot and fresh with good- sized proportions. We can recommend the Belgian waffle, the better-than-most sausage, and the southwest omelet which was big enoughfor two. The water tasted like tap water, but the rest was very good. Read more
