Who ever is managing this store needs to either work on ordering more supplies or taking a closer look at the employees working... the night shift. Almost every time I go in, they are out of pitaya or açaí supposedly. Any other Jamba Juice that I go to,never has this problem. Read more
The smoothies are always good. But the service is mediocre on a good day. The store is filthy and the young adults working are... absolutely rude and have zero customer service. I like to consider myself a pretty simple customer. I always get the same thingand don?t expect much. But I do expect the employee to acknowledge the customers when they are waiting to order. I stood infront of the register for a good 3 minutes with the employee standing there looking down at her phone before she wouldacknowledge Im trying to order a smoothie.
