Hot and Ready Pizza? Ha! Biggest lie I've ever heard. Not only is it pricier than other little caesars, but everytime I go... there and order a classic pizza the wait is TWENTY MINUTES. His service here is AWFUL!! They messed up our pizza order, & when we called to complain we were told to come in so they could... replace our order..We drive back here on 1 of the Hottest days here in Murrieta & the manager started telling us in a Angryvoice "Where's the other Pizza?" I told him I wasn't told to bring it in,I figured like every other place, We can't bring foodback cus of Covid" Then he hD us wait almost 30 mins for a new pizza.. Decent experience with ordering via phone. Then with pick-up it went down hill very quick. They were not too busy and seemed to... have pizza readily available. Our order was wrong and over charged. The wait was over 40 minutes for a little Caesars pizza.Boo! ???? x2 Read more
Extremely disappointed. I want a refund. I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. 1 Extra Most Bestest cheese and 1 Extra Most Bestest... Pepperoni Order # 254895. When I got home and opened the box on the Pepperoni which was correctly labeled there was very littleif any Pepperoni or cheese on the pizza. The phone for this location is off the hook and constant busy signal. Unable to contactanyone for resolution. Little Ceasers owes me $7.49 plus tax for giving me less than I paid for. Never had any issues here and pizza always tastes great. I always make sure to call ahead and order that way I get a nice hot... fresh pizza. Staff was friendly and promptly assisted me and other customers. Currently they only allow 3 guests inside thestore and everyone must wear a face mask. The hours have been also adjusted due to C-19/holidays. I will keep coming back herebecause I've always loved little Caesars pizza and this place has always treated me good. Read more

Walked in on a Sunday night, and was told it would be 20-30 min. For 3 bags of crazy bread. Stupid me, buys some anyway. Waited... 45 minutes. Watched as the guy ahead of us had his pizzas given away. He waited longer than I. Got my bread. Had black specksall over in one bag. Another was way too browned, and the third was ok. I asked the cook what the specks were, and he said...Idunno....uh...pepper? He asked me what I wanted to do, and I told him I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for breadsticks,and left. Called and some kid picked up the phone and just set it on the counter without asking me to put me on hold. I sat there for 2... minutes saying hello?. Hello. Finally hung up the phone and who?s ever is working there decided not to hang the phone back up,so now it just been a busy signal for the past 45 minutes and still on going.
