Walked in and stood at the counter for two or three minutes and no one greeted us or even acknowledge we were there while three... people worked. At that point I looked around the room?no one was in line with eight people sitting around the room and no onehad their order. We waited a few minutes more and finally one of the girls told us to use the kiosk to place our order. Nosign saying to do so or apology for making us wait for nothing. So we place our order and wait another 5mins until we finallyget our order. I?m not a boba connoisseur and it was fine, but I understand service and this was not good. The ice cream and boba are good so 5 ?? for that but the service stinks ???? They ignore you and look angry to be here. My son... dropped his ice cream, I picked it up and had to buy another one, they could?ve offered a free one since I already bought a fewthings, but whatever. Like coming here for Boba. Boba is always fresh and drinks taste great. Only downside is if you order from the machine on the... side of the store they charge extra and the rewards are different too. Sometimes the lines are long and drinks take long butworth it. Read more
I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba and it was disgusting. It tasted like they put one or two drops of Jasmine perfume in... the milk tea. I really did not taste good ? ? it tasted like I was drinking perfume???? Perhaps there are other drinks tastegood but I absolutely would not recommend getting this jasmine milk tea. I love jasmine milk tea and this has absolutely ruinedit for me. Read more
We have been to this place numerous times and it is always amazing! Even when busy it is so quick to get thru, that's never easy... to find in most boba places. Their quality of drinks is phenomenal. They even go out of their way to customize if you ask. Youcan't beat that! I would also add that they spotlight a number of seasonal drinks, each unique and tasteful. Many boba placesjust run the same drinks year round, this place offers some seasonal comforts. Delicious! Their menu section is quite large aswell. We've been to a few boba places that have limited menus and don't stand out. This is not one of them. So if your in themood for some delicious boba that is timely and has an extensive menu, this is the place for you!! Read more
