Worst attitude and waiting for a pick up, the whole purpose of pick up is so you?re not waiting in line. I understand if there... is a line but switch off one regular line one pick up line. (Minimum acknowledge the customer and say ?I?ll be right with you?).The female attendant did not acknowledge me or smile. I literally had to go out of my way and raise my voice to grab herattention. Have been ordering from this location pretty regularly for over a year, last 2 orders the food was horrible. Got delivery... through the panda website tonight and they didn?t deliver one of my drinks. Called the location and the guy who answered had torelay info back and forth between me and the manager because she wasn?t interested I handling the situation or helping. Told mesorry call DoorDash or grub hub after telling them I ordered through panda and my receipts don?t show who delivered the order.Damaris was zero help and Had a bad attitude, I could hear her answers in the background as she yelled to the poor kid trying tohelp me on the phone. Mistakes happen, items get forgotten, but a manager is supposed to attempt to help solve the situationespecially when the customer is being nice and understanding and just wants to process a refund for the missing items. There was a young gentleman working the cashier today i do not remember his name but i believe he had dreadlocks, he was so so... nice and thoughtful he went above and beyond and displayed excellent customer service and kindness. I work as a delivery driverand was waiting for an order, i could not have been waiting more than 3 or 4 minutes and while he was not busy he approached meand some other customers that he had just finished helping and offered us all free drinks to compensate for our wait time on anextremely hot day! Haven?t been to Panda Express in a few years. Now I know why. Overpriced and they skimp on the portions worse than ever.... Literally one spoon scoop of black pepper chicken and dude counted how many (6) shrimps he gave me. Food wasn?t even good, ricewas really dry and the other sides, (they are not entrees with as little as you get) was not very good. I?ll never spend moneyhere again. Read more
Walked in at around 4:50 Pm yestrday ( 6/19/22) because I noticed that the parking lot was clear on the way to my Mom?s house... to celebrate Juneteenth. She had already cooked but I wanted to bring something to her house. So I quickly parked and walkedinside. Great I thought, no one was in line and I had plenty of opportunity to order something quick and get to my moms houseby 5 PM. What a terrible mistake that was. As I scanned the room, everyone behind the counter was in a huddle looking down atprinter receipts and foam boxes. Clearly I was unimportant because they were having a football like huddle about orders. I letthem finish but even after the huddle, they just disbursed and never acknowledged that I was standing there. I was annoyed andsaid ? Hello, you do know that a customer just walked in!? A guy that was putting Chow Mein in a box looked up and said, ?I?msorry we just got all these Door Dash orders in.? I then told him, ? Look, I understand? but who is more important the customerat home or the customer right in front of you?? I walked out and to be honest, I don?t think I will go back. Here are myreasons. One, no one acknowledged me when I walked in. Two, there were nothing but men working, where is the diversity here andwhere are the ladies at? Three, they were clearly over staffed to be confused on Door Dash orders. I?m talking maybe 8 -10people looking confused and weirdly focused on what one person is saying. Three, I felt embarrassed. People were sitting in thedining room just looking at me as I was trying to get eye contact with one of these guys. I locked eyes with a few of them andthey looked at me like, what do you want? Normal food for ?fast food?, if you want everything is fast and cheap, but don?t wait something very delicious
My son and I enjoy Panda Express very much. Orange chicken is the best! We get that every time. We dont eat out much. Maybe once... or twice a month. Panda Express is definitely a go to place for us when we do eat out. We typically go around dinner time, andthe wait can be long. We waited about 20 minutes in line last night. I'm not complaining, just sharing our experience. All inall I highly recommend eating here. Lots of options. Chicken, beef and vegetable options. I'm not sure about gluten free.
