This is a mixed bag of frustration, waits, and pretty good food for the prices. Walking into the place that has a few people in... line and nice lit up side, was decent. I got up and ordered and got my number number while waiting for my food. We got generalchicken, Mongolian beef, and some wontons. We also go both with rice and chow Mein. The prices are decent and they have a decentmenu. However, after twenty minutes I had to go up and ask the status of my food. Turns out they didn?t start it or had lost it.Another twenty minutes and I go up and ask and my food is sitting there. Very frustrating but the food was great. Stop using dumplings as a replacement for won tons in the soup! They don't even say they are out of wonton. They just use... dumplings instead and they are gross in the soup. Chow mein noodles would be a better replacement. I just came home wantingdinner, my fiance got me wonton soup which is usually my favorite but they filled it with freaking dumplings and so now I can'teven eat it. Stop using dumplings in the wonton soup! It's gross! Read more

The absolute best way to describe this place is hit and miss. Today they tried to wing it. Our Orange Chicken was in such poor... shape we thought it was a wrong order. But sadly it was a old, dark, burnt mess and the Kung Pao wasn't far behind. When thecooks want to make it a good day, the food is good. Pick Up Stix has a couple of items that are vegan and vegetarian friendly. My son is vegetarian and he likes their firecracker... tofu. and They make a house tofu, chow mein and brown rice that are vegan friendly. They mark their food in the menu for GF andV. Pick up stick is just a great quick place. But the food doesn't taste quick, it tastes like a restaurant. The people below who... complain about bad food simply doesn't understand the difference. This place woks fresh to order all your dishes whereas theothers cook them and have them sitting in steam baths. So no contest there. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. It'svery clean everywhere and it's just a great all around place to eat dinner. The family meal can't be beat! They also have FRESHsalads, meaning they throw those greens right there in front of you thru a glass salad bar. Excellent!! Read more
