Food was average, service wasn't that great and we had to keep flagging people down to help us. Considering it wasn't that... crowded and I saw better service at other tables happening, I got the notion they weren't too thrilled about serving a big Blackfamily in this establishment so that's noted and now I'm sharing the sentiment (Black folks beware)?? lighting is dark. We wanted to love this place. It was handy being able to make a reservation ahead of time online. But that was about the end of... the positives. The food quality was ok, definitely over priced. The kids chicken tenders were so overcooked they were almostashy. My son's cheeseburger was undercooked after asking for it to be very well done. Out of all the staff that we encounterednone of them were "friendly". After being seated with a menu it took almost 15 minutes for our waitress to come greet us, sowhen she finally came by to take our drink order we asked if we could just order, to which she said no. She needed to put inother orders and then would come back. We finally got our food and she asked if we needed ketchup and ranch to which we saidyes. Spent another 15 minutes waiting for those condiments, after we had already gotten our food. Waiting for her to bring thebill was the worst. All in all we spent more time waiting for things than we did enjoying our meal. Food was just ok, pricey,and the waiting was super frustrating. Read more
Absolutely love this place! We've gone a few times once for Valentine's Day, and the other times just because it was so great.... The customer service is amazing all the employees are welcoming and the food tastes so good! The atmosphere is very comfortableand you don't feel stacked on the other guests. Very nice atmosphere and great service. I had the filet in gravy only because I had steak the day before and I love gravy. It... was very good. We also had potato skins and fried zucchini appetizer which I love. They were also delicious. We also had theTri-Tip Cesar salad and BBQ spare ribs. With the dinners you can choose 2 sides from a nice selection which is good. They hadanother blackened shrimp appetizer which sounds really good so I would like to go back and order that and perhaps the rib eyesteak. Read more
The place has a great atmosphere. Not too busy, but not empty either. My wife and I went here craving some ribeye steaks. The... steaks were not the best however. Lots of fat and grissle in the meat. They had great flavor, don't get me wrong, but for asteak house I was kinda disappointed. I would still probably go back and give it another shot though. The waitress was very niceand still made the visit pleasant. Update: Went in again, and it wasn't any better. My steak was undercooked/raw. I reallydon't like sending food back but I had no choice. The food was delicious, the steak was tender and juicy. Salad fresh and the dressing delicious. Drinks delicious. Made there... fresh. Amy was a great waitress, friendly, helpful, great in recommendations. Always checking in on us if we needed anything orhow the dinner tastes. As a kid, we would go to a place called Steer N’ Stein almost weekly. We came across this place not far from our house. Upon... reviewing the menu, it was nearly identical to the OG SNS. The food was very similar. Salad was quality. Prices are more thanfair and you leave extremely satisfied! We’ll be back! My mom and I drove around for an hour looking for prime rib for our Thanksgiving Eve dinner. We finally ended up at RJ's and... very glad we did, they didn't have Prime Rib on Wednesdays, but we got the 12oz and the Flank steak. So good!!!
