Excellent beers of various styles. I'm partial to the barrel aged 'true Sours and Saisons , but their English ESB is true to... style. They have a number of pilsners and IPA's. I tasted 2 IPA's, one West Coast and one East Coast style. Both were verygood. The Taco Guy cooking outside on the patio was a deliciously great accompaniment to the delicious beers. Solaris brewery has great beer that I wouldn't miss. Give them a try. They also have alcoholic slushies and food. They're worth... it. If that's not enough, they're also a walking distance from Electric & 8 Bit. My favorite part about them is that they're dogfriendly ???? Read more

Solaris Beer & Blending is the new kid on the block. First impressions, this place looks amazing, can its beer match the decor?... It did and much more. As we ventured through its tastings, we were pleasantly surprised by the vast ways your palate will absorbits flavors. The sours are amazing, I love their hazy IPA and they feature a unique taste with their stout sour beers. Soundsunusual, but its exactly that, which makes it delightful. This place is fairly new and has great brews. Smaller selection since they are new, but I was impressed. The purple flowers was... my favorite and definitely take home worthy. The pink flowers was good as well. They had a food vendor which was equally asamazing. Read more
