I put a review on Yelp expressing my amazement at your employees being so close minded concerning the first name policy. I... didn't get my sandwich because I didn't know you used first name to identify yourself when claiming your sandwich and youremployees offered no help. Just " I don't have that order." Try the Submarina near Albertsons. I received a text 30 minuteslater saying my order was ready. When I got back I asked if I looked like my first name would be BALDWIN? I'm a 67 year oldwoman. What more can I say about this place that hasn't already been said? We bypass another Submarina to go to this one. The service... is always excellent. While they are efficient, they take their time making sure your sandwich is always exactly the way you wantit before wrapping it up. We have witnessed the people behind the counter greet their regular customers by name, recall theirfavorite sandwiches. The staff is always on the move, if not preparing orders then cleaning tables, to make sure your experienceis always 5 Star. If you're a sandwich lover, this is the place for you! Read more

I really appreciate the owners. They are on the line along with their employees. They pay attention to detail. They make sure... you are completely satisfied. Hard workers. Good quality ingredients. All their staff are friendly, professional and patient.The place is kept clean. Their sandwiches are better than their competitors.
