The past couple times I've came here the drive thru customer service has been good plus the food was nice and fresh.
They got the order wrong. Staff were not as engaged as the taco bell on los alamos.
Can?t make a correct menu item , then blames you, then doesn?t know corporate number or the District managers phone number.... Would let you know when the real manager gets here. I would?ve supreme Doritos Loco tacos they didn?t give me sour cream becausethey said they come both ways but I ordered the correct one. And all they can say is I don?t know. I go here maybe once a week sometimes once every 2 weeks. Never really have issues but today I couldn't believe the meal they... gave me. I ordered a crunch wrap combo and I swear there was a tablespoon size of meat in my crunch wrap. I was too nervous toeven eat it. Like did they pick up up off the ground or grabs the last scraps and throw it in mine? I paid over $9.00 for a mealI was too scared to eat. Taco Bell is Taco Bell , The Nacho Bell Grande who's actually pretty good the young lady behind the counter that help me was... very nice & very knowledgeable. How the hell am I supposed to eat this? Also they gave me the wrong hot sauce.
