Have been here a handful of times total. By far, this one is my favorite. Easy to get to, friendly people, enough parking, and... if there wasn't enough of those things, I wouldn't bother. Service is always friendly and fast. You're rarely without a drink,regardless of what kind it is. The food is amazing. I've never had something that was bad from Burgatory. Opened my eyes tobison and how perfect of a meat it is. Shakes are also great! 5/5 stars. Will visit every time I can. Read more
20 stars Service phenomenal, food (to live for), our daughter ordered pink and it came out exactly right (don?t judge her, she... was born a vegetarian), the presentation was Warhol approved. Shakes (ours, gone before he made it to the car (how did thatstrawberry make it through that straw)? The employees were smiling, punctual, and sweet. This is one of #1 son's favorite burger joints in Pittsburgh, so on my last visit we made this a night out destination for... dinner with the whole family. I have to agree with Matt, it's a legit place to get a seriously good burger! Their burgers comestandard with the in-house freshly prepared chips that are quite good too. This is a local Pittsburgh chain with the followinglocations: FOX CHAPEL / WATERWORKS, NORTH FAYETTE / THE POINTE, HOMESTEAD / WATERFRONT, MURRYSVILLE / BLUE SPRUCE, NORTH SHORE,,MCCANDLESS CROSSING, CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PPG PAINTS ARENA, and HEINZ FIELD. The big thing that I was looking forward to wasthe build your own burger experience, but I wasn't prepared how expansive the options were, holy cow. If you're a home chef,like me, then you will be very happy with the great choices and you can make this burger exactly to your taste. These are frozenpatties and certainly don't have pink friggin' slime, ala McNasty's, no indeed. My daughter and I ate at the Burgatory located in Murrysville, PA. We dined here prior to attending an event in Pittsburgh. This... was our first time, and we enjoyed our experience! When we arrived, it was full and there were people waiting. I checked us in,and was told there would be a 10-15 minute wait, which we did not feel was bad during primetime. We were called after 10minutes, so not bad at all. Our server was knowledgeable, and he was quite friendly and helpful. There were quite a few optionsto choose from, plus the ability to build your own burger, which my daughter chose. Everything came pretty quickly, and was verytasty! I've tried every burger option and you can't go wrong with any of them. Even the vegetarian options are tasty! The shakes are... incredible. The service is always excellent, the food is beyond fresh, the restaurant is always clean and there is plenty ofseating. Definitely a must if you love a good burger and shake. Read more
