The worst service I ever experienced. Dine-in and carryout service can be slow to order here, but the staff works quickly to fill orders once they're taken.

I focused on hot foods, because I think Dairy Queen meals are underrated, & usually not the first to come to mind when thinking... fast food joints. The myth that the drive thru for hot foods takes "forever" is def not true, and quite he opposite! So I wantedto give credit where it is due, especially to compliment the great service standard of the Murrysville venue. Let's face it whenhave you ever gotten a poor tasting ice cream cone or sundae! Best Advice: Don't be discouraged by a long line at the drivethru! Typical order: Cheese Grill-burger is a great choice & topped with crisp & fresh,never soggy, "cut days ago", lettuce, onion & ripe tomato slice, plus ample ketchup & mustard & the crunchy, thick, dillflavored pickle slices (x4) makes it stand out from other fast food burger joints! My family loves the chili cheese hot dog (oryou can pick your own toppings) paired with the pretzel sticks that is accompanied by queso dipping sauce, at no extra cost.Dairy Queen queso is good for the whole family to enjoy! Wow,... 2 for $4 has ZERO quality control. My two 'chicken strips' weighed less and were smaller than the dipping sauce... packet?!?! The DQ in New Kensington is closed for season, perhaps this one should as well. Really awful to serve this to afrequent customer. Read more
