We had a late supper on our trip. Eatnpark is always a great stop but this location was special. They had a sign on the door... describing short staffing. We were greeted and seated right away and then we watched as the waitress juggled many tables in ourarea. She was an expert. Taking our order, getting our drinks and apps, and describing why we had a short wait. The wholedinner was a five star experience as she anticipated our needs and brought great food and a can do attitude. Thanks for stayingopen for us and having great staff! Read more
I love eat n park . I have been going there for many many years . This location is horrible now . I go to the north Huntington... location and they are light years ahead and better than the Murrysville location .The North Huntington location is EXCELLENT ,In fact , every other eat n park is much better than Murrysville . Long wait to be seated , even though the place isn?t thatcrowded , long wait to get the food . That is sub par now. How could the pot roast sandwich with gravy be so different from allother locations. It?s like they took steakums. And put them on the bread with gravy .nothing like roast at all . This was one of my top 3 worst restaurant experiences. Waitress had no idea what she was doing. NEVER came back to check on us.... Or give us our check. Took a very long time to get a drink order. The food was terrible. My Alfredo had like a drop of sauce onit. Didn?t get my garlic toast with it. I ate 3 bites of my meal. When she literally never came back to our table after droppingoff our food, we went to the register to pay. The host found our waitress to come check us out. Did not come out until at least10 mins later. Meanwhile the host is just standing there doing absolutely nothing. We were in a big hurry. The restaurant wasnot that busy at all. After waiting to be checked out, the waitress said she messed up on the register. My boyfriend and I wereboth very upset and in a hurry to catch a show in Pittsburgh. He paid with cash and just told her to keep the change. Even thoshe most certainly did NOT deserve a tip.we left very irritated and upset and me.. hungry. I would not recommend this place. My mother and I ordered pancakes. They were so tough we had trouble cutting into them and of course eating them. We told the... waitress and she did bring us two new pancakes but they were no better. The bill was very much reduced thank you for that. Youcould use a better cook. Read more

We did a take out order for a trip that was ready within minutes from my phone call. We did 2 kids grilled cheeses with apple... sauce, and the chicken bacon ranch wrap for the driver. I wasn't able to get any pictures of the food because it was eaten veryquickly? absolutely delicious all around! We also did 3 dozen cookies to take back home to the Midwest. The curbside online order pick-up service is horrible. I've had bad service there in the past, but, against my better... judgment, I decided to try it again. The pick-up time was a half hour after I placed the order. When I got there, Icalled to tell them I was there. The lady who answered said that she'd be right out. Fifteen minutes later, she still hadn'tcome out. I tried calling again and no one answered the business phone. When I went in to find out where my order was, I wastold they were getting it together then. They apologized and said they were short staffed. I'm ok with the short staffexplanation. What I'm not ok with is that she lied and said she'd be right out. All she had to do was apologize when I gotthere and tell me they were running behind and it would be several more minutes.
