Nice respectful lil business wish could have tasted a pizza ????????
The manager in the Aliquippa location has terrible customer service. My pizza and breadsticks were raw. I called and was very... polite in telling him that my food was uncooked and that my order was messed up. He said he cooked it and it?s perfect. I spent$40 on a meal that I couldn?t eat. He told me over the phone that he would send out new breadsticks. I told him they would justgo to waste. I tried to eat the pizza again (I just arrived home from driving back from Colorado, I was starving) and each piecewas just as raw as the all the other ones. My brother drove over to show the manager just how raw it was and was shown nothingbut disrespect and arrogance. No refund even with the raw pizza sitting right in front of him. Order from Tarentums location on a regular basis. today was an awful experience. did not tell us they were backed up, they... quoted us 30-40 minutes and it took over an hour. ended up getting cold pizza and part of the order was missing. manager Trentwas very unprofessional and extremely rude!
