The location in Berlin used to do an amazing job and had great food. I am not sure what has changed but it is terrible! I am... going to try and include a picture of our pizza from this evening. This location won't last long selling food like this! Verydisappointed! Read more

Don?t ever buy a franchise from this organization, I have a personal experience, and it?s definitely not going to be a good... investment, they 100% don?t care, one of my worst mistakes so far in life, was buying a franchise. Please use caution, haveattorneys for yourself. Don?t trust this organization. Read more

The manager in the Aliquippa location has terrible customer service. My pizza and breadsticks were raw. I called and was very... polite in telling him that my food was uncooked and that my order was messed up. He said he cooked it and it?s perfect. I spent$40 on a meal that I couldn?t eat. He told me over the phone that he would send out new breadsticks. I told him they would justgo to waste. I tried to eat the pizza again (I just arrived home from driving back from Colorado, I was starving) and each piecewas just as raw as the all the other ones. My brother drove over to show the manager just how raw it was and was shown nothingbut disrespect and arrogance. No refund even with the raw pizza sitting right in front of him. Needless to say I will never goto foxes again. Read more

I love the Scottdale, Pa branch, it is you?re only good one. As a franchise, I suggest that if you want to keep supporting the... irresponsible spending of your new and clearly stupid CEO (Jimmy Fox Jr) then you should follow this lovely business. They stillhave their original pizza ovens, or did until you black mailed them into getting the disgusting and expensive conveyor beltovens. Not only did they not want to get rid of them because it would harm their business, knowing everyone orders their pizzabecause of the crispy and unique flavors of their old pizza oven, but the franchise didn?t even compensate them. It?s like Jimmyfinds pleasure and ruin other people?s lives and watching them pay thousands of dollars for unnecessary ovens. Not only that, but in their newest contract, they forced the Scottdale fox?s to change their menus and raise their prices. But newsflashfranchise: SCOTTDALE IS A POOR TOWN, WE CANNOT AFFORS YOUR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR NO LONGER GOOD CONVEYER BELT OVEN PIZZA. Alsowith that, they have to get rid of all of their unique dishes, such as: ?Foxtails(home made breadsticks with cheese) ?Pierogipizzas ?Susie specials (named after my aunt who would by this one pizza everyday) I probably spend hundreds of dollars per weekon these delicious foods, but because Jimmy is a selfish idiot with his head shoved so far up his butt, I won?t be able to spendmy money again. I?m sorry, but all your other franchises suck. Their dough is either not cooked enough or rolled out too much soit?s flat with holes. Also I once went to RMU and saw that it was almost $20 for a plain big daddy. TWENTY DOLLARS. ITS CHEAPERTO BUY PIZZA HUT AT THAT POINT. I?m still going to support the owners of the SCOTTDALE fox?s because they are the nicest peopleI ever met and don?t deserve any of this stupidity by JIMMY FOX JR. they and all their employees offer great customer serviceand barely make any mistakes. If they do, they are so kind about it and reassuring. I feel like Read more

Read my original review below, look at how Johnson City fox pizza handles their problems. Mara Piccone-We used to order fox... pizza from University parkway, Johnson City TN weekly or twice a wk. They used to do great job. Long ago, if they made mistakes,we call them, they would apologize & fix the problem. That has won our hearts & we kept ordering weekly, generous w/ tips. Thatchanged 2 months ago. I drove on way home, I called. I'm hearing impaired, asked girl on phone speak clearly, I couldn'tunderstand. Her tone became unbelievably rude, she then sarcasticlly spoke loudly. In shock, I didn't say anything & hung up onher. Very first time, we didn't order entire month. Finally last month, I moved on, tried order once again. I requested extratomato sauce on all of'em. Pizza delivery arrived; all 3 boxes of pizza was a mess, tossed to side like it was dropped sidewayswhile hot. Upset but I decided to let it go. Then as we ate 'em we noticed it's not extra sauce, in matter of fact, they all wasvery very very THINLY sauce, almost as if they are out of sauce & they put on what they had left. Frustrated, my husband calledfor me & he filled them in on everything mentioned. Then manager lied, he said: I made pizza myself, that was extra sauce. Hedid not apologize for rude girl or for messing up our pizza. We are looking right at barely any sauce pizza while this managerlied. Very insulting. My 6yrs old daughter cried, she miss fox pizza & she wants to order pizza again. She asked me if itmatters if anyone was hateful or if they gets our order wrong, why never come back again. My heart breaks for my little girl butI have to set example to stand our ground because it does matter! Ignorance to disability is not okay, bad customer service isnot okay. What I want to know is this, now you seen this review, what are you going to do about it? You just lost $40-$80 weeklyfrom us because of your rude and arrogant employees. Are you okay with this kind of behavior an Read more
