Stopped to get a giant italian Jimmy John sandwich and was very disappointed!You call that a giant. Hardly no meat, lettuce or... tomato after spending 20 dollars and a tip. I think I will stick with Jersey Mike's up the street. If I wasn't so darn tired Iwould have taken it back. Very upset about this little sandwich! The Murrysville location has lost my business there! First time customer. Employees were friendly (reason for 3 stars). Sandwich (#15 ) was flavorless tuna salad, the cucumber and... tomato were so thinly sliced they could not be picked up from the bread, the bread was unremarkable. The cheese was the onlyitem with a little mild flavor. It wasn't worth $8+. I wouldn't pay $2. One ? sandwich. Read more
The slowest Jimmy John?s I?ve ever been to, consistently understaffed and delivery is almost never available. The worst part is... that they are completely unapologetic about their terrible service. Pass this location by! Read more
No hours posted on the door that we could find. Each time we go staff tells us a different closing time. Online says 8 PM... closing but today an employee told they closed at 5. They need to update their hours so people stop wasting their time drivingthere for it to be closed. Read more
We love Jimmy John?s! And eat at this particular location more than is reasonable. Typically once a week or so for a family of... four. The prices aren?t the best but the food makes up for that. I?m not one to leave reviews typically, but felt someoneshould know. We?ve watched this location?s customer service decline for months now and today was the worst experience I?ve hadat any JJ. First ordering through the drive through. (Typically we order through the app but today we were on the move and juststopped by) The lady taking the order was short and extremely rude acting as though every customization was a nuisance. Then Iwas informed that we couldn?t get a sauce on a sandwich. Not that they were out but, that they had to control the promotionalproduct and that sauce was reserved for a particular sandwich. I even asked if they could add it as an upcharge? Are you kiddingme? What a poor customer service decision. On my $50 dollar order your telling me I can?t get a 2oz cup of sauce? Then to topit off, after the longest wait we?ve ever experienced at any JJ the lady practically threw the box into our car and very rudelytold me that it would be much better to order via the app next time, as though an order of 4 sandwiches was such a pain. Bottomline is we probably spend a couple grand a year at this JJ. JJ has always been an easy decision for us. Now we will think twicebefore being a patron of this location. Stopped today to buy two sandwiches. It was 3:59pm....paid for our meals...sat down to eat...manager screamed we close dining... room at 5pm...i said we will only be 5 minutes and heck i will clean table....she screamed at us and said i am the manager...ifyou dont leave right now i will call Police.... jeeesh...u kidding me. Its 4pm...never again...my son was so upset he could noteat. What a disgrace...not how u treat paying customers ..... Murrysville jj is a disgrace.disrespectful. Will follow up onmonday to corporate. I love how fresh the bread and ingredients always seem to be. I love even more that they have a delicious vegetarian option with... a GREAT avocado spread. I always add an order of hot peppers on the side and add them to my sandwich as I go. I definitelywould recommend getting them if it you like spicy-but-not-burn-your-mouth-off spicy. The staff at this location seems to alwaysbe a very young group... and they friendly and efficient enough to keep me coming back for more. Read more
Chewy ,old, overbaked bread. Staff was great but the lunch meat sandwiches could definitely use an overhaul.
