There was 4 cars in drive thru I waited an did not move so I decided to go in, took awhile to be acknowledge when I was finally... waited on by the maintenance man others came in behind me. I waited patiently an was told they were out of orgingal chicken ,what??????? Substitute it with orgingal an when I opened my box I received 2 thighs instead of a breast an a thigh. This location use to be great . I have been going there 2 to 3 times a week for many years now . My grandkids love it so I go... anytime they ask . Lately it?s been terrible . Always something missing in the order and the order is never correct . Even aftercomplaining . Nothing gets resolved . I email corporate and nothing gets done . I have so many missed items that all together itcould make a meal or 2 . And the food has been cold . The biscuits are hard as rocks . The tenders are not able to be eaten .The Mac and cheese has been like rubber . And not getting all the items Is a regular thing now . Something has been left outevery time I go there . It?s ashamed. I specifically asked for no gravy and they plastered gravy all over my potatoes, my Dr pepper was flat and the Cole slaw was... dry. I couldn't go back because I was at work, I grabbed lunch on my way back with my client after church. Paid $13 forbasically 3 piece's of chicken because I couldn't eat or drink anything else. The food was great! We were allowed to dine in. The place was clean and staff were friendly and quick to serve.
Every part of my order was messed up. Ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 3 reg chicken sandwiches. Got 3 spicy and that's it.... Ordered a lemonade bucket. No lemonade bucket at all. Best part... Tried calling twice, rang off the hook twice. Never goinghere again... Read more
Chicken was amazing, they let us order inside the restaurant even though it was closed for lack of workers. The worker was very ... understanding. We was ordering for a cookout and everyone was very happy with the chicken! Read more
I went to this KFC in Murrysville and I highly recommend this location. The guy that was working on 3/18/22 around 4pm was... amazing. I literally placed my order, paid, and received the correct order in less than 2 minutes. The guy was so happy to beworking and to have that attitude at a fast food chain is really few and far between these days. Keep up the awesome job there! Read more
