Worst mcdonalds ever. Staff not super friendly. Took forever to get food and when I did my fries were hard and barely warm. I... asked for new fries he he grabbed basket of fries out of bag and gave me fresh ones but never replaced the large fry in my bag.Forgot my milkshake I ordered. After asking for it I was handed it but never offered a drink carrier as I had 3 drinks and 2bags of food. My 1st bag was so packed full I couldn't even carry it had to take things out myself and repack into another bag. Read more
Everything was fine except our basket of fries were way overcooked as in crunchy. I am sure they would have replaced it if I... asked but a large crowd came in after we ordered and they were short staffed so we and not many ordered were being filled at afast rate so we just threw most of the fries out. Doesn't accept cash. Have to order at kiosk inside (& only one works) or wait in drive thru line that wraps around the building... and onto the road. Food and drinks were good. Employees are friendly. Extremely short staffed. Read more
Just moved to Murrysville in June. This is consistently the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever gone to, it?s too bad I live close and am... no longer in LA with options. Almost every time without fail, improperly taking orders out of order- prepare for 10-20 minutewait times. You?ll pay for large drinks and get mediums and order mediums and receive small shakes, no straws, half way filledup drinks and incorrect orders with no regard for food allergies. Almost every time I pull up to the window I wonder if theserver has even taken a driving permit test, that is how young the workers are. The worst service and least amount of care outof any establishment fast food or high end I?ve ever experienced and that?s saying a lot. Highly do NOT recommend. Read more
I never leave reviews but I just went to get an iced tea at the drive thru and saw the girl drop it all over the ground, ... spilled it. Fine. Mistakes happen but she used the same cup after it had been in the ground literally covered in tea and made mea new one. I didn't drink it. I should have said something to her but didn't have the energy. Not cool though. You guys canafford to give a customer a new cup. Read more
Food was horrible, I mean like, worse than normal. Service was lacking too. The only bright note was eye contact w 1 employee... who obviously knew what I was thinking, we both smiled, shrugged and shook our heads at the same time, as if on cue.
