I love when you go on the app to order so you don?t have to bother the employees that hate their lives there, basically... everything says ?sold out? but when you walk in, they have all the stuff it said was sold out on the app. The pastries arealways dry too. Read more

I am an avid lover of Panera Bread. I will never eat at this location again. See the photos below from my visit on 10/2/22.... Rotten lettuce, a small dab of Mac and Cheese on the mac and cheese sandwich and not a hint of basil (visually or taste) in thetomato cucumber basil salad. If you do not have enough ingredients to make the items take them off the menu!!! Wish I would havechecked my food at the restaurant! Didn't realize til we were too far to go back. Unacceptable and not up to Panera standards.What kind of employe serves food like this! Read more
Was a great place with the coffee subscription to run in, order on the kiosk, pick up the cup and grab the coffee. For some... reason they've taken the cups away from the kiosks so you have to queue and spend sometimes 5-10 minutes just to ask for a cup.Stunningly annoying and unnecessary. Read more
I had the puck two fugi Apple salad with chicken and broccoli cheddar soup which was very tasty. I belong to Panera's reward... club so my pick two was free this time. Food is always good and service is great at this Panera! I love meeting my friendthere and we can visit and stay as long as we want without feeling rushed. Read more
I would love to give 5 stars. But when you literally, on several occasions, stare at your order going from preparing to ready... and it never making to the shelf, you want to just scream. Especially when you visibly see workers and managers on their cellphones. If Panera is going to offer subscriptions then maybe the workers should adhere to helping those customers too. I feellike just because we have a subscription, they just toss our order to the side. Read more
