Wait times even for dine in were way too long. Understand that it was a Tuesday and had specials, but this was ridiculous even... for other customers. I ordered $36 in food thru the app.The food was ok but i walked in at the same time as another lady for my pick up. Tall male... Server asked if she has been helped and walk past me to the bar area (ignored me totally). It took 12mn for someone else tofinally acknowledge me. I will stay away from this place for good. Absolutely awful. Ordered two waters and a drink. After 15 minutes flagged down the hostess who got us our drinks. Server said... she was too busy making drinks and that's why we didn't get ours sooner, but she had not been behind the bar for a good 10minutes. After sitting for 35 minutes we got our appetizer without napkins or silverware. Somewhere around that time the hostessnoticed our waters were empty and got us refills. After waiting a total of 50 minutes we got our food and it was cold. Still nosilverware or napkins. There were only five tables occupied in the restaurant, and four people sitting at the bar. Manager wasvery polite and understanding, took some food off our bill which was nice. Hostess was great. Pretty much everything else aboutthe experience was terrible. Will not be returning. Read more
We were seated and fully prepared to order all of our food but no one spoke to us or came over to the table in the 15 minutes we... sat there. There were only 7 tables in use, not busy at all and 4 waitresses. We even tried to flag down one or two of them.We even went to the front to speak with someone but no one came. We had our order ready to be placed but got frustrated withthe extreme lack of service!!! It was clear that we weren't going to be served and decided it was time to leave. This place is tanking. 10% of capacity on a Saturday night during prom and a Hawkeye game. I don't need to be kind with the... stars, because it's the second time in a row that similiar service was delivered. We arrive to a nearly empty dining room. Weare told they are on a 15 minute wait. We agree to wait in the lobby with another family. Even though a restaurant would wantyou to be seated with a drink on hand spending money, we understand staffing shortages, covid, blah blah...we didn't question ittoo hard. We waited another 12 minutes to be greeted after being seated (tried to put us next to the restroom, because everytable was dirty). We watched the wait staff move extremely slowly, moving without urgency. That's a management issue. Afteranother 15 minutes without our drinks, our waiter tells us they are out of BOTH beers. Management issue again. We left. Went toa Mexican restaurant and had nachos and drinks and seats within 4 minutes in a full house. Can't do this anymore. Read more
Waited nearly 40 minutes for boneless wings. Half of my wings were rock hard and inedible. I would’ve mentioned it to the... server but we had already been there for an hour at that point (after waiting 15 minutes for two drinks) and we just wanted toget out of there. This place is absolute trash! Ordered online, food ready by 6:30- it was seven before someone came to the front desk. Ended up... there another 30 minutes after that. Bartender felt bad and bought me 1 drink. Other than her the staff was awful and rude. Thebad keep actually went to the back and made them give me my cold order. Waited over an hour and never recieved food or appetizers. Finally gave up and left to go to Wendy's. Unbelievably bad service.... Not only did they not have staff for the customers waiting, there were around 3 parties waiting in the entryway. Meanwhile, therestaurant was 3/4 empty. I understand staffing issues but be honest with people if it's going to be a crazy long wait. Read more
