The owner came to our table and told us that they charge $5 per plate if there?s food left on it. ???????????????? if you?re... that concerned with food waste, why not just have a regular restaurant instead of having a buffet. This place is laughable. Halfof the food was cold, which is why there was food left on the plate in the first place. Then when I went up to pay the owner wasrude to me, giving me a dirty look and when I said thank you to her, she said nothing back. Went with my mother and boyfriend starving at around 1-2 pm and their food was hard and old, like it had been sitting there... since the morning. It wasn?t until more like people came in that they switched out the old food which by then we had been sickto our stomachs trying to eat what was there. Then when receiving the bill I asked our waitress for a discount because we allhad 1 1/2 plates of old dried not worth the money food/service. She said there was more food coming out but we had been therefor about 30 minutes or more and wanted to eat somewhere else. She took our check and gave me a dirty look like I was wrongabout the food and just had us sitting there while she kept working. We finally just go up to the register to pay and shecharges us full price for food we picked at more than ate. I received my bill which was for $36. I made 2 take out plates which weighed a total of 2 pounds. When the lady totaled my... order, she charged my card $52. I asked how much the takeout costs per pound. She said $5.75, so I told her that she overchargedme because the hand written receipt said my takeout was $15. She than said it was because I had seafood (I actually had chicken)She re calculated my bill and came to the incorrect conclusion that she owed me $2 (it was actually $4) She then this me shewould void my transaction and re charge my card $50. Everything switched to plastic, we got there about an hour before close so the food was low. Most of it was still good just... didnt have as much as usual ( had a group of 6+) hot tea was served as single cup where it used to be in metal kettles.(seemsdumb but it's something we look forward too) vivid restrictions hit them hard. It was quite different when you go in. Of course wear a mask and they give us to get our food. It is all paper plates and... styrofoam glasses no hot tea pot s so my tea was gold by the time we.got our food....still it is the best in town for Chinesefood... Read more
The shrimp with veggies and crab was rotten. Smelled like ammonia. The so called manager refused to smell it and refused to... remove it off the buffet.. and then proceeded to charge me 5 dollars for not eating their rotten shrimp.. hope anyone that ateit knows the signs of food poisoning. Read more
