I’ve been here many times but last night should’ve been handled better. I took my dad here for dinner we were two of four... people in the whole restaurant. They had our order before people started piling in. Advertiser came promptly. Waitress wasgreat. Except somehow my order got lost and as I watched everybody else eat in the restaurant and leave I sat there and watchedmy father have dinner And after an hour and a half literally. I asked our waitress to cancel my order because I would go eatsomewhere else. I wasn’t upset as I should’ve been, I was just hungry. She found my order which has been sitting for over anhour in the takeout area, I believe my meal should’ve been free at that point. She gave us 10% off. I’m still not quite surehow I feel about that. Fire your hostess! We were seated and then nobody checked on us for ten minutes. No one took orders or drinks or anything. The... bigger lady who sat us needs fired, the place wasn't busy at all. We got up and left. Read more
Stopped in for an early dinner. Restaurant was quiet and low lit. The sushi was outstanding and presented beautifully. I rather... wish it would have been a tad lighter inside though - I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. The wait staffwere attentive and with the exception of the dim interior it was a great experience. We will certainly be returning. Read more

Wait staff was top notch! Three of us shared a party "boat". It's a great deal! The boat let's you choose four classic rolls and... four signature rolls, just when you think it can't get better also comes with three soup and salad!! Amazing steak and sushi experience in Muscatine that takes a leading edge with an artistic food presentation and hospitable... service that is second to none! Our steaks were supurb and the sashimi was very high quality. We ordered New York Strip steaks,tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, King of the Sea roll, and the Rainbow Naruto, and we couldn't decide what we liked best. Ourwaiter Leo, was top notch. He gave very good recommendations, which is something servers traditionally avoid providingaltogether. To top it all off, Leo gave us a free dessert as a welcome gift for our first visit. I literally can't think of anyother resteraunt I've ever been to with better hospitality. It goes without saying that this will be one of our regular stopsfor a night out. Read more
If you're looking for a fabulous meal and experience, I highly recommend Osaka. They're NOT the buffet style, but an amazing sit... down experience. Exotic foods, great service, and a calm quiet atmosphere. A bit more than a traditional dinner out, but withthose flavors and foods, it should be! Kids menus available, but it's Japanese style kids meals. No chicken nuggets here, andthat's a good thing. Read more
i eat here at least once a week, their food is the best I've ever had. i love their vegetable hibachi with fried rice, and onion... soup! if i could eat here everyday, i would. their yum-yum sauce is amazing!!! please eat here!!!!
