Food was as expected - fast-ish and mostly fresh. 1 star rating as they want $2.50 for a large ice water. "You're paying for... the cup" was the response. There is No other fast food place in town that charges remotely that much for a large ice water. Yes,bottled water is available- for $2.00. All other fast food places charge less than $.50 for a large cup of ice water orless. Sorry panda - no more money from me. Very expensive for what you get. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The Beijing Beef was a bit chewy, probably from... sitting under heat lamps. We spent almost 50 dollars for 2 adults and 2 toddlers to eat. Only one adult ate their meal, and therest was unfortunately wasted. I will try again sometime and see what we think and skip the expensive kids meals which aremostly just cheap noodles. Again, great staff, and they make it worth coming back in and trying some time. asked for drink cups twice didnt get them then asked a 3rd time and they gave us water cups so i just said ok and then went and... got pop, the manager walked over to my table to tell me she had to charge me for the cups, maybe spend more resources trainingyour staff instead of having managers watch for water cup abuse Read more
Don?t stop here if you?re passing through the town. Such a waste of time. They were almost out of every entrée on Tuesday... afternoon, I mean it was almost 4 pm and not even the busiest lunch or dinner time. It?s called fast food for a reason people. Read more

They're consistently 10+ minutes late on online pickup orders. Why even bother ordering online it you're forced to sit and wait... inside for your food for 10 minutes PAST the 50 minute wait for your food? This is unacceptable. Whoever the manager is runningthings during the dinner shift needs to find a new job. He either sucks at it or simply doesn't care. I can tell you when Iasked him about the long wait he simply replied "its coming" with zero explanation or apology. Read more
Went to the drive through at 8:20pm and they told me they had a limited menu of ?fried rice and Beyond orange chicken?. I was... too stunned to speak lol. What kind of place closes down well before their hours posted? I understand it?s frustrating whenpeople come 5 minutes before closing but 40 minutes? That?s a silly way to operate a business.
