Very fast and employees are always super nice! Best coffee ever
I'm a sour head and when I found out about the sour candy drink I was intrigued. I ordered it with a double shot of sour and boy... were my lips puckering. I love how they tell you to scoot on forward with such kind voices. The customer service is very niceand welcoming. I stop there almost daily whether I need a hot americano in the morning or cool drink in the summer. I recommendit to all my friends and family because of the vast number of options they have. Was having a terrible day and forgot my wallet last week. It was just a small iced coffee for my daughter but the girl at the... window said that her manager said to just take it anyways and that it?s okay but to swing by again. Such great customer serviceI truly appreciate it. I will now recommend this place to everyone. They really do seem like they care about their customers,not just the money ?? Thank you Scooters! Went back to Iowa to visit family and stopped by Scooter?s as it was highly recommended to me by friends. Everyone there was so... sweet! Coffee was 10/10. Great selection of treats to take on the go. Definitely going to make this my regular location when Icome back for visits! Read more
I'm giving 3 stars, because when the employee at the register/ drive thru doesn't ignore you the coffee and chai is delicious.... However, this morning I sat at the drive thru speaker and the window (half an hour after they opened) and was ignored. Afterpulling around to the window, the employee witnessed me sitting there in my car but I was continuously ignored. I pulled aroundagain thinking maybe she didn't realize I was there the first time, but she looked right at me and wouldn't take my order. Thiswent on for about 10 minutes. I went to Dunkin Donuts. Went to get a cinnamon roll. This is what was served to me. I never even got a bite. It looked like it fell on the floor and... was scooped up and placed in container. The employee thought it was ok to sell this to me, WTH. Unbelievable, I can?t believeshe served this to me. I told her I took a picture of it. I just can?t believe it. 2nd picture is the bottom. I?ve had 1before and there is icing on the bottom. Well this one doesn?t have icing on the bottom. It looks like maybe it was scraped offof the pan?? Just WOW. Crazy I?d give them ZERO star if I could. EDIT:::The owner has contacted me and apologized and gave meanother cinnamon roll and drinks. The girl that took my order still has not apologized. Also, I have been back, they have gooddrinks and I do love their warm cinnamon rolls. Read more
