Very good greeting. Asked if we had any questions. Had the brisket burnt ends and armadillo eggs. Highly recommend. Honey... mustard sauce was awesome. We also had 4 different sides. Buffalo cauliflower not a fan. We don't like Tabasco. Was thinkingmight have been a dry rub. Mac and cheese, beans, and sprouts were very good. We will be back for some chic and ribs. Read more

Do yourself a favor. Go here on a Wednesday, get the Reuben. Absolutely excellent. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket are... decent, especially for the price. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Not sure if one of them owns this place, but ifnot, give these folks a raise because they do an excellent job. Read more
Meat was great and so moist and tender. We tried cornbread and the beans and they weren't so good! But We will go back and give... it another try just because the brisket and pulled pork were great! Sadly they were out of Ribs so we have to go back and whoknows maybe we'll like a different side better! We see! Read more

Finger. Licking. Good. I only wish I could upload video because if you saw the way the brisket melts in your mouth, you wouldn't... waste your time reading, you'd call in an order before they run out!! I got the brisket sandwich and skipped out on the bun buttruth is I didn't miss it at all. The mac and cheese was slammin! So creamy and delicious! The green beans were full of flavorand made you wonder whose grandma was hiding in the kitchen! I'm giving all five stars. This place, has the absolute best food in the area, hands down! Every single thing I've tried there... has been absolutely amazing. The BBQ Brisket is just so delicious, and the pulled pork nachos were a huge surprise! The bestdang nachos I've ever had! I take my mom to dinner here once a month, we both very much look forward to our dinners at Skinny's.They have the best food in town, and the service was great as well.
