I ordered a nacho fries deluxe box and wanted no beans on my burrito but there were beans on it of course. I wanted a soft taco... Supreme that had no tomatoes on it which it's supposed to have. My nacho fries weren't even full and my chalupa which is themain reason I wanted it wasn't even fried well and kind of soggy. This is all after I went in and stood there for 5 minuteswaiting to order when I said to the girl at the drive thru window is anyone working up here at the counter? Then they took myorder. The new double beef burrito is n't to bad. Friendly service and prompt delivery
So to start, we sat in the drive thru for just under 20 minutes with only one car in front of us... But that was expected... because the Muscatine taco bell has always been the furthest thing from FAST food. When we get to the window we are told we needcash because their card machine went down... That's not a big deal either as tech issues happen and thankfully we had cash, butthis would have been good information to provide when we ordered in case we had only our cards. Now the issue. We ordered twocrunch wraps, two tacos and two burrito supremes. 6 items. We get our food and start heading home. Checking our bag we find notacos so we call them and explain. We are told to come back and come into the lobby to get the rest of the order we paid for. Soback to taco bell we go. We get there just as who I assume was the manager was about to lock the door. We tell her that we arejust needing the rest of our order that was not in our bag. She says she just closed the lobby and we have to use the drivethru... Which now has 7 cars in it. 20 minutes into our second wait in the drive thru with now having only two less cars in linefront of us I decide to call again to see if they can just bring them out. I tell them that we already have a combined 40minutes of time and the purchase price of our food invested in these tacos but I really don't want to add another 30+ minutes tothat investment. I then get told I can stay in the drive thru or come back another time to claim my already paid forfood. So... Here we sit eating cold food because we foolishly thought we would be just running back up to taco bell two minutesaway and grabbing our food from the lobby... And no tacos. I guess giving someone what they paid for is an outdated custom asfar as the Muscatine taco bell is concerned. Read more

Manager should be fired. Waited 32 minutes locked inside a line at the drive through. Literally got out of my truck, walked up... to the drive through window (past all of the other geniuses still waiting in line) and tapped on the drive through window at the20 minute mark & asked the girl at the window to pull cars forward - just to cancel my order and leave. Yet she stated that hermanager refused to pull cars forward. Never been through something so idiotic in my life. Funny part is that there are stillpeople actually waiting in line? Read more
I went in at 10:30 and placed a lunch order. After waiting ten minutes I was told the regional manager said they didn't have to... sell lunch till 11:00 that day. Why wasn't I told this when I walked in the door. All the employees stood there and watched meget my refund. If you want a easy job, go work at Taco Bell Muscatine. Read more
