Was total breakfast wasn't being served anymore when it's served until 2pm. Ordered breakfast after being lied to and waited... close to an hour for our food. Order was wrong and service was bad. The restaurant was way better when it was part of Hyvee. Read more
The food is delicious. Had impossible vegan burger and piping hot fries. Can't ask for more.
30 bucks for a small sandwich and fries meal, egg roll appetizer, and 2 sodas. Food took about 20 minutes or so and was brought... out to us. Egg rolls dropping with grease that upset my wife's stomach, fish sandwich was well cooked but absolutely zeroseasoning or even a sauce to add flavor. Best part of the meal were the fries, but honestly paying that much for sub-parglorified fast food spoiled the whole experience. Side note, not that I particularly minded, but there seemed to be extra staffthat sat around mostly talking to each other while one of them brought food and cleaned tables. Surely there's a break room orspace where they can chill away from customers. Read more
Horrible food. 80 dollars for mushy tater tots . Cold fries. Messy put together burgers.
After reading the reviews I was apprehensive to say the least, but was surprised how wrong they were. Went with some coworkers... for lunch, I ordered the burger with chili on it(messy but really good, recommend a fork) and my coworkers tried the wings withno complaints and even had extra wings to take home. The food came out in like 10-15 minutes, nice and hot. All the bad reviewswere within a week of opening, of course there's going to be issues when the employees are learning the menu and we all know howMuscatine is about new restaurants anyway.. It's a little pricey and the onion rings are.. different, but I'd eat here again. Read more
Ordered 3 meals and none were prepared correctly. 2 of the meals were missing the sides that were ordered and the meal that had... sides was missing all of the toppings on the sandwich. The instructions on medium well vs. well done were not followed. Waittime was over an hour and the food was stone cold when we received it. I would expect this quality of service from a beginningfast food restaurant, not a an establishment claiming they sell gourmet burgers. This could be a bad day, but it would take asignificantly better experience the next time for me to become anything more than a highly-disappointed 2 time customer. Read more
Been here 3 times. 1st time was good. 2nd and 3rd time service at register was lacking and food was forgotten about. Waited 30... minutes for 2 burgers as people after me were served. Stopped one of the employees and they checked, they said "we are justfinishing up on that." Which, to me, means piping hot food. Well, one burger was warm, one burger was cold, one fry was kindafresh and the other was cold to the touch. I told them as they left and was ignored.
