Wendy's has been my favorite fast food restaurant for years. I love their spicy chicken sandwich. I always swap chilli for... fries. Their chilli with a packet of their chilli seasoning is really delicious. Anything on the pretzel bun is good too. Read more
If I could give a no star I would I thought they were very rude not kind and after I told them two sandwiches no mayo they did... one with and one without one hamburger ketchup only well guess what they did cheese on it so my son wouldn?t eat it $35 laterthat?s outrageous probably will never go back I was super super nice and they were really kind of rude to me I thought and I?m anice person I talk to everybody I?ve always been like that but I thought I would just put my review on here and Just let theemployees know that you never know what somebody?s going through please be nice it?s free to be nice especially to yourcustomers. To here if you want raw burgers, all four burgers we ordered were raw on the inside. At least the chicken was cooked, so much in... fact that it was dry and gross. Read more
Just drove through and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce & tomato. $6.20. Gave the woman two $5's, she gives me... back my change which I thought looked like to much but I pulled forward. A goofy acting young man hands me my bag withoutsaying anything and walks away. I try to get his attention to let him know that the woman had given me back more than $9 inchange from the $10 I gave her. I got a young woman who appeared to be the manager? and explained what had happened and shetook the money and gave me my correct change. The worst part of it all is I got home and the chicken was so dry my husbandcould barely swallow it. I called to let the manager know that it was a terrible excuse for a chicken sandwich and she offersto give me a new one if I want to come back out but didn't offer any sort of apology. I did not want to drive 3 miles back so Itold her no thanks but just wanted to let her know the quality was severely lacking. This is not the first time that we've beendisappointed with the quality at Muscatines Wendy's but it will be our last. Read more
Order is pretty much always wrong and/or missing items. Staff is always rude. They just shove your food out the window and... either don't speak at all or say "here." I would completely quit going here if my kid didn't beg for their chicken nuggets. Read more
Maybe next time the guy bringing out the food to my car could at least acknowledge his customer....no smile, not greetings, no... nothing, not even a blink!!! Just handed me my bag of food, turned and walked away. Either way the food was mediocre, nothinglike it used to be in the 90's Read more
Maybe ????? it isn?t a good idea to serve grilled chicken at room temperature. This is going to invite food-born illness. The... single rib of lettuce on my sandwich was the level of effort I expected based on the temp of my chicken sandwich. Not a leaf oflettuce - that part had been removed. I had a rib of lettuce. My friend ordered a deluxe burger that helped to answer thequestion of why my sandwich was room temp. Her burger was room temperature as well and had a pinch mark very clearly visible onthe bun because she had asked for ?no onion?. So they had to lift the bun (not carefully) to remove the onion from the pre-madesandwich. Upon lifting the bun herself (seeing this obviously pinch mark), you could see thin onion impressions on top of thecold coagulated cheese starting to discolor from the wetness of the veggies on top of it. Fries and nuggets were hot and fresh,but the sandwiches were both room temp. My recommendation here has to be to eat-at-your-own-risk. A room-temp sandwichprepared in advance and not kept at an appropriate temperature is going to strain even the strongest of stomachs. GOOD LUCK! AND BUY TOILET TISSUE! ???? Read more
