They have never gotten a order right. I thought it was just me and ordered through the website and they still didn't get it... right. I really love Dunkin so I keep going thinking it will get better but it really doesn't. I have never received a freshdonut. The food in general doesn't seem fresh. The coffee never has what it's supposed to. I'm not sure if it's the staff or theowners not training the staff trying to save money. Read more
Never gets my order right and never tells me when there out of something so I can't change it to something I want. I payed two... dollars extra because I wanted a signature latte and still didn't get what I want. Read more
I give it 5 stars because the staff is really nice. I haven't tried the drinks or the coffee with 12 names because it's just... not my thing. Nice setup and like I said the staff is very friendly. Read more
The inconsistency of Dunkin continues to blow my mind. The drinks never taste the same. I believe it is because they have a... revolving door of employees. There are constantly new people working here. Often we have mobile ordered, received notificationthat the order is ready, only to go inside and it hasn't even been started. So frustrating. Read more
The employees are very friendly and accommodating but the problem is the product that has changed making the donuts and coffee... not anything like they used to be. Not very pleased. No crullers, the Boston creme is like thick tapioca instead of pudding, theglazed are wet, and the coffee is weak and cold. Need to make some QC changes and ring back traditional recipes. Read more
The lids allow coffee to spill all over you. I told 2 employees at the window. Nothing. Finally called the manager after coffee... spilled on my clothes and in my truck on the way to work. She stated she will notify someone. They have lost my business. Read more
Was good coffee but we sat in the drive threw forever waiting to pay and get our 2 drinks.
