Well, to start, the drinks were pretty good. My mother-in-law and I went to this location and I had heard some good things about... it from my best friend. We pulled into the drive through and I ordered the barbecue burger with the giant onion ring in it. Mymother-in-law ordered a hot dog. We spent nearly $20 on the order. The food took about five or so minutes to get and when we didreceive our order, we ate in the parking lot. She opened her little boxed up hot dog and it look like a fake hotdog with a sliceof Texas toast that was folded over. The French fries I got with my burger weren?t warm and very bland. The burger I receiveddidn?t have much flavoring to it at all and the onion ring was so small that the picture of the burger was 3x the onion ring. My first visit was yesterday. Very cool atmosphere, clean. A robot delivers your food to the table which was neat just because... I've never seen that anywhere before. The service was so slow. I didn't think our waitress was ever going to take our order andit wasn't that busy. The chicken Philly was absolutely awful. The meat was dry and it had a piece of sliced American cheesebarely melted on the top. Not like any Philly sandwich I've ever eaten. I won't be going back. Read more

Ok good service & the food is ok. Although the fries had no salt I won't make a big deal over it. I'll just be sure to ask for... salted fries next time. Burger was fine. However the lemonade which is my ALL-TIME favorite drink to consume tasted like waterwith just a hint of lemon and a sprinkle of Splenda. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it wasn't theirbest of nights. Hopefully the next time I stop in the fries nor the lemonade won't taste bland. Read more

I stopped in for business and left a customer. I got a pimento cheeseburger with bacon and I could barely finish it. These... things a delicious and massive. Came with a large drink and tater tots or fries. Service is friendly and it is well worth thestop. The cheesesteaks were enticing so next time I am going for one of those. Read more

Came here on lunch with a group after waiting weeks to eat here. We came in and sat down and were told someone would be right... with us. We sat there for about 12 minutes, watching the waitress serve every single table around us but ours. We asked again ifsomeone would be at our table, and we?re told we would have our orders taken soon, but after 5 more minutes of being ignored wedecided to go to the takeout counter and order our food. It came out and was sub par at best. Soggy burger, bland cheesesteak,cold fries. We were still never approached for refills or any kind of service. Everyone working seems like the kind of personthat?s been fired from everywhere else in town. Will not come back here, and will tell everyone that asks to avoid Hwy 55. Read more

Food was cold the fries were cold and hard to chew. Burger would have been better of it was hot and not lukewarm. My mom's tots... was cold also and her gravy on her chopped steak looked like it had been sitting in the pan from the day before. 1st time Hereand probably last time here. Not friendly at all. We had been anticipating Hwy 55 opening for MONTHS as we watched it go up during construction and we had looked into the... company, based in North Carolina. Well.....hopefully they will improve soon. My husband and I ate a late lunch there today,October 11th, 2022 at around 4:00 p.m. They had the drive-thru blocked with a pickup truck parked backwards in it. Odd.......butwe had planned to go inside anyway. This is an order at your table with a waitress type establishment, and we noticed that,while most of the tables were empty when we entered, at least three tables needed to be bused or wiped down, but they justopened, so giving them some leeway. I ordered the small Philly cheese steak with tater tots and my husband got the doublecheeseburger with onion rings. We were served pretty quickly in small paper lined baskets. It all looked good, at first. As wedove in we realized that both my tater tots and my husband's onion rings where very overcooked. My tots were terribly overcookedand I could taste the oil so badly I could only eat 3 or 4 of them and left the other 25 or so. I also asked for ranch as a dipand I was brought fat free ranch ???? which has no business being given out as a dip at a burger place. It actually made thetots worse. My cheesesteak, while tasty, was horribly greasy. I own a diner where we serve cheesesteak and I am not certain howin the world they managed to make it greasy, but it was dripping. My husband's burger also had an issue. He found a small bonein his meat. We have experienced this with other local burger places in the Shoals area, so we figured it's a supplier issue.Something they should really look into. His burger was also overdone, and they charged us $0.35 extra for adding onions! The wait was a bit long, but the burger was fantastic, the tots were crispy and full of flavor. Be patient.
