Line was extremely slow. At the window, I was not greeted. Teller simply told me my amount due with her hand out after... handing my drink to me. After giving my receipt, she turned & ignored me. Finally turned back & asked "what did I forget? " Fries. She had forgotten the fries which I had to wait on sitting there at the window because they were out & had to drop abatch so I could get my them. I only ordered a drink & fries. So this apparently is why the drive through line was soextremely slow. A different woman brought my fries, explained they were very hot, apologized for the wait & told me to have anice day. The only words I heard from the first lady was the amount & "what did I forget? " ???? I hate to give a lower ratingbased on one person, but this was my experience today. PS the fries were fresh???? I'll give Jack's a 5 star because their burgers are awesome. The chicken is great. The fries are not so good anymore. I don't... know what happened but they just lost their taste. Even with popcorn salt it's just not there anymore. This is just my opinionso if you like Jack's by all means let them know, I'll stand with you in praising them. My only complaint is the fries but Istill eat them. Thank you for your time. Read more
Had to wait on my food for 20 mins with no one in the drive thru charged me extra with no receipt ordered 2 number 2 combos and... got 2 number 1 combos.
