If I was able to I would make it 0 stars it takes wayyy tool long and they kept trying to give us the wrong order. When we got... the food all of it was soggy I would not recommend. We went in to eat and I can state this was one of the dirtiest places I have seen in a long time. Every table had drink rings... and crumbs and stuff on the floor. The trash cans were so crammed with trash there was no place to put anything in. Countergirl was not friendly at all. Never again will we visit this Krystals. Read more
I had a craving for Krystal's and just so happened to be pretty close to one so i thought this is good luck....yea not so much!... We went thru the drive thru at 9:00 pm we ask what the family meal deal was the drive thru employee said "I have no idea" then... said it will be a 15 min wait because there were only 2 employees working. Once again I ask what the family .eal deal was shestated the same answer only this time she was rude. I said just give me that and she said "excuse me what did u want" so I saidthe family meal deal. I ordered pick 5 with a water to drink. My tatters tots was way over cooked I have braces so I wasn?t even able to eat them dew... to the fact I was scared it was going to break my bracket. My water tasted like it came straight from the tap. When I got done Iwent to the womans bathroom and it smelled so bad, I had my shirt over my face trying to deal with it so I didn?t use thebathroom on my self. I went to lunch here because I'm getting tired of the usual places I go to. I ordered 2 cheese Krystal's and small fries. As someone else mentioned, gloves are not being worn during food prep, and this was the ASSISTANT manager making the food. She... stated that she washes her hands after each prep, not sure how that is possible when no sink is near by. Also, went to order ameal that came with 2 med drinks and was told they were out of lids, would need to upgrade for lids. I said that was fine if itwere the same price either way, manager piped in and said we had to pay more Why is this the customers problem if they are outof lids? Check your fries before you leave the drive-thru. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo with fries. I must have been served... fries that were leftovers. My fries were old, crunchy and overcooked. Read more
